Along with the Central Government's Opinions about Further Lighten the Burden of Teachers of Primary and Secondary School and Create a Good Teaching Education Environment,teachers' burden was drew attention by public,causing heated debate.But from other side,it exposed a issue that heavy burden of teachers has reached a moment that we have to adopt measures to solve.Teachers' burden has brought a series of adverse effects,such as damage the teachers' physical and mental health,lower teachers' work efficiency,influence teachers' professional development,causes teachers' job burnout,and resulting in the loss of teachers frequently,etc.Despite China's provinces have introduced various measures to help teachers to reduce burden,but for various reasons,teachers' burden is still exist.On the basis of a large number of literature data,and clear the connotation of teachers' burden and understand the sources of burden.Then I choose eight urban public schools as my research object,through questionnaire and interview way to get deep understanding from five aspects:the school management burden,teaching work and un-teaching work burden,interpersonal relationship and career expectations burden of the teachers.Choose job burnout theory,the hierarchy of needs theory as well as the humanity hypothesis theory as the theoretical basis to put forward corresponding solving measures.According to the survey,the teachers' work burden was overweight,faced five dilemmas.In terms of the school management,teachers' regular management system lack of humanistic care,teacher's evaluation mechanism is not perfect.In terms of teaching job,young teachers face with heavy preparing pressure,checking homework workload is big,incorrect education opinions damage the health of teacher's body and mind.In terms of non-teaching work level,great challenges from students' s performance management,examination had occupied most of non-teaching time,various training meeting with poor effect.In terms of interpersonal relationships,home school communication was influently.In terms of professional demand,title assess competition is intense,teachers' salary is low,it is difficult to improve teachers' professional level.According to the reasons of the teachers' work burden,this article aim to reduce the burden of teachers' work from the following eight aspects.1.Strengthen the implementation of the teachers' burden system;2.Improve teachers' salary;3.Improve teachers title evaluation system;4.Arrange teacher' work tasks reasonably;5.Break the teacher's assessment theory;6.Improve the quality of teacher training;7.Create a pleasant working environment;8.Improve teacher' own inner driving force.
