A Narrative Study Of The Key Events In The Professional Development Of The Head Teacher In Primary School

Compulsory Education has blossomed everywhere,in the student management of this aspect of the head teacher is very important,but in terms of reality,the development of head teacher is uneven.This research mainly adopts the method of educational narrative research,through understanding the key events in the professional development of the head teacher in Primary School,divides it into three dimensions: Professional Idea and teacher’s ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability.To study it,I hope to see the essence through the phenomenon,to find the law,to provide reasonable and feasible suggestions for the professional development of head teachers.In order to better study the key events in the professional development of head teachers,first of all,we should study the key events in the professional development of head teachers and find out the factors that affect their development,so as to promote the self-improvement of head teachers,it is also the root cause of the key event of promoting students’ headteacher.To clarify the factors that affect the key events in the professional development of head teachers,we can promote the professional development of head teachers,and actively self-reflection,and promote their growth.This paper from two aspects,the professional development of head teachers to provide some practical recommendations.First,the head teacher should set out from their own,good at self-reflection,effectively grasp the key figures and critical period,to promote their own better growth,but also to establish the quality of life-long learning,improve themselves,establish excellent professional quality.Second,the school manager should be the guide,observer and Intervener of the teacher-in-charge’s professional development,and lead the teacher-in-charge to raise the professional level.At the same time,I also hope that this paper can help the class teacher to turn ordinary events into key events,be good at creating key events,grasp key events,and improve themselves,and also hope to give reasonable suggestions to the school administrators,to help them build a high-quality head teacher team,to promote the professional development of teachers.
