This paper adopts the method of narrative research.As a researcher,the author takes Shenzhen second Senior Technical School as an example with a narrative method and selects 10 teachers with different working years,academic qualifications,and work experience as the research objects.Under the natural situation,the researcher interacts with research subjects,describes their typical words and deeds,and makes an explanatory understanding of "their stories," and finally uses the induction method to analyze data.Inductive construction.by consulting literature,interviews,observations,physical collection,etc.,to collect and accumulate research materials.According to the facts and details carried on by ten class teachers,deeply understanding their idea,contents,ways and methods towards student education and management in ttheir work,we will explore what the teachers think,and find out effective ways to promote the class teacher's work.It is hoped that through the study the case of the technical school,it will provide valuable reference for the promotion of the class teacher's work.It also hopes that this article can make some contributions to the technical education in China.In this study,the reseacher objectively describes the class teacher's work from the perspective of himself,but in the analysis,he puts his own ideas into it.In other words,the researcher is an "outsider" when studying the work of the class teacher.The research is spread based on the story-telling of ten teachers which is narrated by study target.The researcher researches on "their narrative";The bright line is the researcher's description of the "story of the class t eacher's work." The dark line is the researcher's reflection and analysis,and puts forward feasible suggestions;The paper is written in a narrative manner.The class teacher's work is not only the management of the class,but also an important way to implement moral education for students.It is a moral education for students.It should be carried out in a "moral" way and pay attention to the cultivation of good moral qualities for students.Management is the means,which is an important way to implement moral education.It is the fundamental and the soul.Only by fully playing the role of class moral education,can the head teacher better serve the students and help them achieve all-round development.
