Nowadays,"pupil burden reduction" has become the goal of teachers and students.For the study of mathematics,it is necessary to get rid of the "sea tactical issues".At the same time,in primary school,most students will learn according to the direction and strategy of teachers as the specific guidance.So there is a lack of cultivation of students' mathematics learning strategy.Therefore,teaching students to learn is more important,the so-called "teaching a man to fish is better than giving him fish".Based on that,it is necessary for students and teachers to understand the level of students' mathematics learning strategies.At present,the study of elementary mathematics learning strategy level has some achievements,but there is little to establish regional norm.And the evaluation tool is used to promote national.At the same time,considering the grade 5 and grade 6 of primary school children at the same stage,so as to make up for the vacancy,I use the 5-6 grade elementary student mathematics learning strategies questionnaire as the assessment tool.And I select both two of the city and three of the town in Chaoyang primary school of grade 5 and grade 6.This research put out 1000 investigating questionnaires and receives 810 available questionnaires.Thus,I saves the 5-6 grade elementary students' mathematics learning strategy level norm.And the level of mathematics learning strategies of students in grades 5-6 is divided into five levels,and I described the characteristics of students in different levels respectively.Then,I gave the corresponding improvement suggestions through analyzing the shortcomings.Finally,according to the obtained valid data,I wrote the instructions for the questionnaire.In this study,literature analysis was used to determine the method of establishing the norm,and I analyze the effective data such as descriptive analysis,reliability and validity test.Based on that I established the percentage level norm and standard component norm.Finally,the class evaluation and student self-test case analysis,and combined with the specific math problems for analysis.The conclusion of the study is as follows: the establishment of the mathematical learning strategy norm and evaluation criterion of 5-6 grade students in Beipiao City,Chaoyang City,has enriched the existing research;The questionnaire has good speech validity and can be popularized as an effective evaluation tool.Through the division of different dimensions and grades,suggestions are given for the shortcomings to achieve targeted strategies for improving mathematics learning.
