The raise of multiple intelligence theory put forward to contemporary society's multicultural education needs and rapidly become the important guiding ideology of educational reform in the western countries. In china, the multiple intelligence education concept has penetrated into all aspects of education, formed a new intelligence view, view on teachers, teaching, curriculum and evaluation concept. Specific to the evaluation of multiple intelligences, new intelligence view breaks through the traditional intelligence which stressed in the view of language and mathematics primarily studies intelligence, pay more attention to the all-round development of students' various intelligence, which requires establishing corresponding evaluation method and evaluation system. In order to examine students' multiple intelligence, and coordinate with multiple intelligences teaching and designing course, formed a multiple intelligence teaching system. So as to better promote this theory in the education field application. Therefore, pupils as the research object in this study. By multiple intelligence survey, established national norm of multiple intelligences rating scale in urban pupils, and discussed the basic situation of multiple intelligences development, which provide some theoretical and empirical basis to the development and cultivate of children intelligence. So as to better promote multiple intelligences to cultivate, development and actual application of multiple intelligence theory in our education field.This study using the combining method of cluster, random and stratified, sampled throughout the country, and Normal sample covering the six district (northeast, north, east, northwest, southwest, south). Using the multiple intelligence assessment questionnaire which edited by the group members to acquire the basic data of the multiple intelligences development. At last, adopt SPSS 11.5 to analyze the data, including project analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and the establishment of the norm.Through the analysis of the data, establish the reference standards of multiple intelligence measurement in China, to provide reference for the research, and probed into the characteristics of multiple intelligences development. This research suggests that the following conclusions:(1) The questionnaire of multiple intelligence assessment pupils have good reliability and validity, and can be used for pupils'multiple intelligence assessment.(2) The research primarily established age norm of multiple intelligence development in Urban Pupils.(3) Multiple intelligence development of pupils enhances unceasingly as the growth of the age.(4) Arrived elementary school stage, boy and girl living in significant differences of language and mathematical logic, boy gradually show good characteristics in mathematical logic and the thinking in image, the girl gradually show the advantage of language expression ability.(5) Whether children are the only have no significant influence on development of multiple intelligences.(6) Parents education degree has a great influence on multiple intelligence of the elementary student, multiple intelligence score rise gradually with parents education degree raise.(7) The school city has no significant influence on multiple intelligences of pupils, but multiple intelligences score of big cities slightly above the medium and small cities.
