Nowadays,the competition in the world is becoming increasingly fierce.The key for China to win in the international competition lies in talents,which are the important foundation and support for constructing the economic development pattern in the new era.General Secretary Xi clearly pointed out that it is necessary to take moral education as the fundamental task of educational work and promote the all-round growth and development of students' morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.In order to further implement this goal,the education field regards the cultivation of Chinese young students' higher-order thinking ability as the top priority in the future education system reform,which is also an important measure to implement students' self-development core literacy.Higher-order thinking ability is a comprehensive thinking ability based on high-level cognition.Specifically,it is manifested in analytical decision-making ability,critical thinking ability,innovative ability and problem-solving ability,which plays a vital role in influencing and promoting students to better adapt to the changes and development of the future society.Therefore,how to cultivate students' higher-order thinking ability in specific subject teaching has become a hot topic in the field of education.Relying on high school mathematics,taking constructivism theory and Dewey's thinking and teaching theory as the theoretical basis,using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and expert interview,this paper makes a survey on teachers and students' high-order thinking ability,and puts forward teaching strategies which are beneficial to the development of students' high-order thinking ability in combination with the current teaching situation of high school mathematics.The specific research contents are as follows:The first part discusses the background of the problem,combs and summarizes the research progress and development trend of high-order thinking ability at home and abroad from three aspects: the requirements of talent quality in today's society,the relationship between core literacy and discipline core literacy and high-order thinking ability,and the requirements of new curriculum reform for students' high-order thinking ability,so as to clarify the research purpose of this paper and put forward the research contents and methods used in this paper.The second part defines the connotation of higher-order thinking ability,clarifies the internal relationship between higher-order thinking ability and teaching,and analyzes the theoretical basis supporting the research of higher-order thinking.In the third part,based on the theory,the questionnaire is compiled,and the students and teachers in senior high schools are investigated and studied.The data obtained are analyzed and processed by SPSS software,and the problems and causes are comprehensively analyzed.In the fourth part,aiming at the existing problems and their causes,the author puts forward mathematics teaching strategies and training suggestions to promote the development of learners' higher-order thinking ability: raising training awareness,creating problem situations,carefully designing problem strings,creating a learning atmosphere of consultation,dialogue and cooperation,integrating modern educational technology,paying attention to the overall construction of knowledge,changing evaluation methods,and analyzing corresponding mathematics cases,so as to provide reference for teachers.The fifth part summarizes the research results,analyzes the shortcomings in the research,and looks forward to the next step of the research.
