Since the National Education Conference in 2018,President Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the important position of labor education and proposed to accelerate the modernization of education and build an education power.Developing labor education and advancing the process of educational modernization is the core task of current education.Constructing a middle school labor education implementation path under the background of educational modernization is the strategic focus of current and future national development.This research is based on the background of educational modernization,under the guidance of educational modernization and labor education related theories,combined with practical problems to construct the implementation path of middle school labor education,comprehensively adopts literature research method,content analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods for in-depth research.The survey on middle school labor education shows that the importance of labor education is generally recognized by the education subject,but there is a deviation in the value of labor education,showing a tendency of instrumentalization and entertainment.In the practice of labor education,there are also insufficient teachers,narrow educational content,and teaching.Single methods and other issues make it difficult to realize the effectiveness of labor education.Investigating its root causes,all educational subjects are affected by traditional labor and talent concepts,as well as the lack of labor education systems and resource guarantees,which lead to difficulties in the implementation of labor education.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the status quo and reasons of labor education,the implementation path of labor education in middle schools is examined under the background of education modernization.Abstract to concrete practical orientation.The first is concept construction.Establishing the important position of labor education in school education,establishing a modern concept of talents and cultivating modern professional values are important contents of the construction of the concept of labor education in middle schools in my country.In fact,it is the construction of resources,which is mainly reflected in the development of systematic curriculum resources,the introduction of advanced teacher resources,and the encouragement of high-quality social labor education resources.The last is the construction of elements.It is necessary to clarify the hierarchical middle school labor education goals and the integration and innovation of labor education content,realize the all-round middle school labor education management and pay attention to the diversification of labor education evaluation.The research on the implementation path of middle school labor education under the background of educational modernization belongs to the frontier research category of education,and it is also the requirement of the development trend of labor education.The modernization of the implementation path of labor education in my country's middle schools needs to rely on system guarantees.The support of national policies,local governments and school systems is the foundation of the perfection of the labor education system in my country,so as to finally realize the modernization of labor education in my country's middle schools.
