| Labor education is currently a brand-new education focus and concept proposed based on the characteristics of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.At the same time,after a period of rapid development of various types of research and education,integrated development is an inevitable trend.Under the premise of clarifying the related concepts of labor education,this research grasps the development prospects of research education and industrial integration,so that the planning of labor education base can be carried out in the context of multiple integration modes.This article firstly uses the qualitative analysis method to draw on the experience of previous research and study trips to put forward the design concept,design principles and methods of the labor education base,and form the basic theory of the labor education base.Secondly,by combing the related theories of planning and design,under the guidance of the planning theory of labor education base,drawing on the traditional methods of planning and design,using the analytic hierarchy process,constructing a planning and design method system suitable for labor education base.Finally,using the case analysis method,through the practice of labor education planning and design methods,a conceptual plan of Qingfengling Labor Education Base was formed,and the development plan of Qingfengling Labor Education Base was proposed.Starting from reality,the article systematically organizes the relevant theories of research and study travel,and theoretically outlines the past and future of labor education.The labor education theory and labor education base planning method system constructed in the article is a brand-new attempt and exploration in the planning and design of labor education base,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the future labor education planning practice.The conceptual planning of Qingfengling Labor Base provides a reference for the planning and construction of other labor education bases. |
