| The improvement of basic motor skills is of great significance to the physical and mental health and social adaptability of children and adolescents,and also has an important influence on the formation of their lifelong physical exercise consciousness.At present,the healthy growth of adolescents has become the focus of attention in the world,and the development of basic motor skills has become an important way to promote the healthy growth of children and adolescents.However,the traditional technology teaching focuses on the learning of skills and the improvement of performance,but ignores the attention to the interests of students themselves.The teaching form and teaching content are monotonous and dull,which has its own disadvantages and forms an embarrassing situation,that is,students like physical education in heart but reject it in action.Therefore,through the method of literature,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper designs and makes an experimental study on the teaching methods of basic motor skills for Level 3 boys.Based on the content and requirements of the assessment of basic motor skills,based on the investigation and analysis of the physical development and cognition level of level 3 boys and the current teaching situation,the teaching intervention to promote the learning effect of level3 boys’ basic motor skills is proposed and demonstrated.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in physical fitness between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),which reached the experimental standard and further ensured the rigor of this study.(2)Before the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in dodging running and shooting in place(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group.The data of dodging running in the experimental group and the control group were 4.03 ± 2.56 and 2.07 ± 1.10 points,respectively.In the skill of in-place racquet,the data were 4.24±1.29 points and 2.75±1.07 points respectively.(3)After the experiment,the scores of test contents in the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.01).The test group was significantly better than the control group in all aspects of basic motor skills(P<0.01).The comprehensive score of the assessment of basic motor skills of students in the two groups(P<0.05)indicates that there is a significant difference in the assessment of basic motor skills between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,and the average score of the technical assessment of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group.(4)Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in the fast running,standing jump,running jump,dodging running,beating the ball in place,catching the ball with both hands,kicking the stationary ball,overhand throwing,hitting with one hand,standing on one foot,walking the balance beam and rolling back and forth in the experimental group(P<0.01).In the control group,there were significant differences in dodging running(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in spot patting,two-handed catching and overhand throwing(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in fast running,standing jump,one-footed jumping,running and jumping,kicking stationary ball,one-handed batting,one-legged standing,walking balance beam and rolling back and forth(P>0.05).(5)From the perspective of overall basic motor skills,displacement skills score higher than control skills and stability skills.In terms of development degree,the scores of fast running,standing jump,hop,run jump and dodge run in the experimental group before and after the experiment increased by 2.63,1.79,2.47,2.96 and 3.80 points,respectively,a total of13.65 points.The scores of the control skills of the experimental group before and after the experiment increased by 1.39,3.33,3.17,3.77 and 5.38 points,respectively,17.04 points in total.In the experimental group,the scores of standing on one foot,walking on the balance beam and rolling before and after the experiment increased by 3.95,2.21 and 5.85 points respectively,a total of 12.01 points.Research Conclusions:(1)Under the condition of the same physical quality,the improvement of basic motor skill level was carried out in the order of displacement skill game,control skill game and stable skill game,indicating that the teaching intervention plan followed the scientific and feasible principles.(2)Based on the design principles,the teaching intervention plan can effectively improve the level of basic motor skills of Level 3 boys,indicating the effectiveness of the teaching intervention plan.(3)In the teaching intervention plan,from the perspective of the overall basic motor skills,displacement skills score higher than control skills and stability skills;From the point of view of development degree,controlling skill games can improve the development level of basic motor skills of Level 3 boys more than displacement skill games and stable skill games. |
