The healthy growth of young people's body and mind is an important goal of China's human resources education power construction.Under the guidance of exam oriented education,schools pay more attention to cultural education and despise physical exercise,which has a great negative impact on the healthy development of students' physique.According to the physical health monitoring data of young students in 2019,the proportion of obese and overweight students in urban areas of China is as high as 25%,and the grip strength,vital capacity and endurance of middle school students are declining year by year.In order to arouse the attention of the society,schools and families to the students' physical exercise,and then promote the students to actively participate in the exercise,improve the physical quality of middle school students in our country.In recent years,with the in-depth implementation of the physical education curriculum standard,the examination items,assessment methods and scores of the physical education program for senior high school entrance examination have changed,especially the increase of special sports skills test,which makes schools pay more attention to the construction of physical education discipline,promotes the improvement of teachers' special skills,and also promotes the improvement of students' enthusiasm for physical exercise.Under the background of physical education reform in senior high school entrance examination,all schools have explored effective solutions.Based on the characteristics of their own resources,one of the coping strategies is to carry out the construction of "one school,one product" sports characteristic projects.Shanghai,as one of the earlier demonstration cities in China,has added ball test items in the high school entrance examination since 2011,which has accelerated the construction and exploration of "one school,one product" in Shanghai.Based on the practical needs of adding special test items to the physical education of senior high school entrance examination,this paper uses a variety of research methods,such as literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interview,experimental control,and so on.On the basis of combing the existing physical education programs of senior high school entrance examination in Shanghai,this paper studies the coping strategies of physical education construction of some secondary schools in Shanghai under the background of physical education reform of senior high school entrance examination.The results show that: on the one hand,it promotes schools to pay more attention to the construction of physical education discipline and the improvement of students' special skills,but at the same time,it also makes schools fall into the strange circle of physical education examination;The increase of special tests puts forward higher requirements for teachers' professional quality and special ability,and also causes greater work pressure on teachers;On the one hand,the increase of special test can promote the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports training,but at the same time,it can easily cause pressure on students.In order to better deal with the challenges brought by the physical education entrance examination and eliminate the adverse effects,the school explores the coping strategies of "one school,one product" through the optimization of physical education curriculum,the deployment of physical education teachers,the construction and reconstruction of special venues,and the evaluation of sports special ability.The author summarizes the strategies for the construction of "one school,one product" in school physical education in Shanghai,and takes the basketball special achievements of junior high school students as the confirmation of the construction effect of "one school,one product".By comparing the students' special achievements before and after the implementation of "one school,one product" in experimental middle school,the results confirm the implementation of "one school,one product" basketball course,It has a certain role in promoting the results of students' dribbling and layup in the middle school entrance examination“ "One school,one product" basketball course training is conducive to reducing the students' illegal dribbling and layup actions and losing points.Based on this,this paper studies the planning and construction of "one school,one product" curriculum mode;The internal training and external introduction of teachers and the improvement of professional quality;Site construction and improvement of supporting measures;In order to provide theoretical support for the construction of "one school,one product" in school physical education under the background of physical education reform in senior high school entrance examination,and provide practical reference for the future research on physical education reform in senior high school entrance examination and the construction of "one school,one product" in other areas.
