With the development of the Internet,e-reading has gradually become a new trend of reading.Cultivating students' reading habits is an inevitable requirement of the concept of lifelong learning.Especially in the context of advocating "comprehensive reading",e-reading based on new media has many advantages and can play a positive role in improving the reading ability of primary school students.Especially senior grade students in primary schools are in the stage of thirst for knowledge and strong curiosity.Reading is an important way to broaden their horizons.In order to better promote the elementary school higher grades students under the background of new media electronic reading,this study based on the selected topic background and significance of topic selection,survey research status at home and abroad,and research on the core concept and the theory of constructive theory,the research methods of the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview to the elementary school higher grades students are discussed in this paper,the present situation of electronic reading and sums up the existing problems,and finally puts forward the corresponding Suggestions.Through the research,the main conclusions are as follows: e-reading has a high penetration rate among senior grade students in primary schools,mobile phones and computers are the main tools of e-reading,and e-reading time is mostly concentrated in holidays.Although parents and teachers have highly recognized the value of e-reading,and have given corresponding support.However,compared with teachers,parents' cognition,support and guidance on the value of e-reading are weaker.The problems of e-reading for senior grade students mainly include insufficient guidance,Primary School Students blindly choose reading content,reading process easily distracted.In view of the current situation of e-reading among senior primary school students,the research finally puts forward some suggestions from the perspectives of schools,teachers,parents and society,aiming at building a situation of multi-party cooperation,so as to better promote e-reading among senior primary school students.
