With the development of PE curriculum reform,Our country has made some new changes in the course nature,curriculum basic idea,course design idea,course goal,course content and implementation suggestion.In order to adapt to the new curriculum reform,every teacher should make efforts to change their teaching attitude and the traditional teaching concept,through the scientific teaching reflection we can know our shortcomings clearly,realize the advantages of other teachers,adjust our way of thinking and teaching idea,and our professional will have development.The correct and effective teaching reflection can improve teachers' teaching level and promote the professional growth of teachers effectively.Through the studies of teaching reflection,can not only provide theoretical guidance for each teacher,to make them to have a new understanding of the importance of teaching reflection and its concept,understand the related theory of teaching reflection,combined with their own actual situation,using the theory of teaching reflection,to improve their teaching reflection ability,form the habits of teaching reflection,form suitable teaching reflection system,to promote their professional growth.This study using qualitative research method,select the specific secondary school physical education teachers as investigation object,the use of observation,field notes,interviews,the collection of data sorting out the physical education teachers about the content of teaching reflection.Himself from September to December,2017 four months,close contact with the investigation,fully understand his detailed information,including personal character,studying experience,teaching process,and practical understanding of the research object of a class,but not to interfere in their class schedule,only as a spectator,and put forward relevant research in his free time some of the problems,also put forward in a period of time after the same similar problems,to ensure the authenticity of respondents to answer and be well prepared for the subsequent research.Mainly through the school physical education teachers teaching reflection diary,teaching video,colleagues and students' feedback and reading related books and other ways to carry out teaching reflection,which is aimed at teaching the content of the reflection of the target,content,process and evaluation.Through and can also be found in his talk,teaching reflection is not a very easy thing,in addition to the need to correctly understand the concept of teaching reflection,also need to master a certain strategy of teaching reflection and teaching reflection will also be affected by a lot.Such as teachers' own traditional concept of imprisonment,teaching reflection skills,the influence of the teaching environment in the campus,whether there is a good teaching reflection atmosphere.This research mainly adopts the way of "bottom-up" research,into the secondary school physical education teachers,really stood in their point of view to think about things,to understand their way of reflection,reflection on the specific situation,and make a detailed record,in the hope their teaching reflection can be more clear,even middle school teacher for other middle school physical education teachers to provide a relatively clear teaching reflection reference model,and puts forward some teaching reflection in the reference suggestion.
