| At present,the curriculum reform of basic education in China has entered the stage of core accomplishment.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the state and society have put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of talents,and regard building moral education as the fundamental task of education.As a key course to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education,the teaching effect of morality and rule of law in junior high school will directly affect the comprehensive effect of national talent cultivation in the future.In order to meet the development demands of junior high school students,the discipline of ethics and rule of law of junior high school students collects related topics such as morality,psychology,rule of law,national conditions,etc.The main purpose is to promote the junior high school students’ ideological and moral character,psychological quality,the concept of rule of law and the gradual enhancement of the sense of national ownership,so as to establish a positive world outlook,outlook on life and values.At the same time,junior high school morality and the rule of law course teaching into the link is an important part of the whole teaching process,it can not be independent of the whole teaching process and exist,it is closely related to other teaching links,there is a close connection.If the teaching introduction link is properly designed and good introduction effect is achieved,then the other links can be carried out smoothly and have the positive effect of getting twice the result with half the effort,which can guide the direction of subsequent teaching.Therefore,in the process of classroom teaching,how to focus students’ attention on the teaching in the first link of classroom teaching,teaching introduction plays a key role.Therefore,this article will start from the beginning of the process of teaching to explore the junior high school of morality and the rule of law teaching,I on the basis of consulting a large number of literature data,with the help of the student questionnaire and teacher interview survey forms such as access to a large number of morality and the rule of law on junior high school teaching import data,through the analysis of survey data,Discover the problem,analyze the reason and propose the corresponding solution strategy.This paper mainly from the following perspectives,combined with the concept of the new curriculum reform background,junior high school ethics and the rule of law in the teaching of the introduction of exploration.The first chapter,in the introduction section of the thesis briefly discusses the realistic background and import the subject I choose teaching in the theoretical and practical aspects of value,theoretical analysis about teaching import at home and abroad were summarized,simple Outlines how I explore teaching junior high school of morality and the rule of law all import process,cited my practical application of several kinds of ways to study,Based on the relevant research results of predecessors,this paper further summarizes the differences between myself and predecessors.At the same time,it analyzes the aspects that need to be improved in combination with the actual situation.The second chapter discusses the related concepts under the guidance of the new curriculum reform teachers.Combine theory with actual teaching situation,enhance the authenticity and practicability of theoretical research.The fourth chapter,first of all,from the introduction of the goal,the
