In 2016,the general office of the Ministry of Education issued the notice on matters related to teaching books for primary and secondary school students in 2016,which clearly pointed out that the names of morality and life and ideological and moral education textbooks for grade one and grade seven of middle school in compulsory education stage should be changed to morality and rule of law.With the deepening of curriculum reform based on curriculum standards,the leading role of Ideological and moral curriculum standards of compulsory education in the field of curriculum implementation is becoming more and more important.At present,there are very few researches on the consistency of textbooks and curriculum standards in our country.The researches on morality and the rule of law are very few,and the current research is only limited to the theoretical level.Whether in terms of quantity or quality,the system of consistency research between textbooks and curriculum standards needs to be strengthened.In September 2016,the junior high school "morality and the rule of law" textbook was put into use nationwide.The consistency between the "morality and the rule of law" textbook and the "Ideological and moral curriculum standards for compulsory education(2011 Edition)" has attracted much attention in the field of curriculum implementation.Through the analysis of the consistency between textbooks and curriculum standards,it is found that the analysis modes of the consistency of textbooks and curriculum standards can be roughly divided into sec mode,achieve mode,CBE analysis mode,Sri analysis mode,Weber analysis mode,etc.This study uses Weber consistency analysis model to analyze the consistency of the content and curriculum standards of junior high school moral and rule of law textbooks.It is found that the consistency of textbook content and curriculum standard is higher in the three dimensions of knowledge type,depth and breadth,while the consistency of textbook content and curriculum standard is low in the dimension of knowledge sample balance.Then,the paper puts forward some suggestions on textbook use: textbook compilation should follow the concept of curriculum standards and implement the fundamental task of moral education;teachers should adjust the relationship between textbook content and students' needs to reflect the actual needs of classroom teaching;teachers should create the relationship between the cultivation of knowledge learning ability and teaching situation,and establish the teaching concept of teaching with teaching materials.Studying the consistency of textbooks and curriculum standards is conducive to a more objective and comprehensive understanding of textbooks,making the compilation of textbooks more in line with the laws of students' physical and mental development and cognitive development,and also providing new ideas for teachers' teaching,making teaching more universal and scientific.
