China's education reform has entered a new era.Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform concept,as the main position of education,the classroom must start from the classroom itself,actively explore the realization path of efficient classroom,so as to promote the all-round development of China's education reform in the new era.As one of the key links linking the preceding and the following in the nine-year compulsory education reform in China,it is an urgent requirement of the new era to realize efficient classroom teaching.The realization of efficient classroom not only embodies the humanistic teaching concept,but also promotes the professional development of junior middle school ideological and political teachers,and strengthens the cultivation of junior middle school students' core competence,thus promoting the further development and optimization of the new curriculum reform.However,the traditional education and teaching ideas are deeply rooted.At present,the realization of the effective classroom of moral education and rule of law in junior high schools can not meet the requirements of the new era of teaching reform.Teachers' overall academic literacy is backward,students'sense of classroom ownership is weak,and the system of teaching is not structured enough.In order to promote the efficient classroom in an all-round way,it is necessary to upgrade teachers' teaching literacy and promote the realization of efficient classroom;strengthen students' principal position to achieve the efficient implementation of learning.
