The grand goal of building a socialist country under the rule of law puts forward realistic and urgent requirements for strengthening and improving teenagers' education in the rule of law.The school is the main place to impart knowledge and cultivate skills.The rule of law education for teenagers should give full play to the leading role of the school,and the moral and rule of law course has become the main position for the school to carry out the rule of law education because of its unique curriculum nature.At the same time,junior high school is the golden period for teenagers to grow up.Carrying out targeted and effective rule of law education activities in junior middle school is of great significance to the healthy growth of teenagers.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,modern teaching methods have been widely used in classroom teaching.As an effective way to consolidate theoretical knowledge and enhance theoretical understanding and an important platform to cultivate students' theory with practice and improve their practical ability,practical teaching plays an unparalleled advantage in the education of the rule of law in middle schools.However,in the actual teaching,there are many problems in the practical teaching of the rule of law education in the course of morality and the rule of law,which has not been studied systematically and deeply in the academic circle at present.In view of this,it is imperative to study the practical teaching of moral and rule of law education in junior high school,analyze the existing problems and put forward corresponding optimization strategies to enhance the effectiveness of rule of law education in middle school.This paper is divided into three parts to study the practical teaching of the rule of law education of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.The first part makes a theoretical analysis on the practical teaching of the rule of law education plate from four aspects: the practical significance,constituent elements,basic characteristics and implementation principles of the practical teaching of the rule of law education plate.The second part mainly studies the existing problems in the practical teaching of the rule of law education section of morality and rule of law by means of questionnaires and interviews,and finds the following problems: first,the selection and application of practical teaching content in the rule of law education section is not appropriate,there is a phenomenon of ignoring students' knowledge of the rule of law and being divorced from the reality of students' daily life;second,the practical teaching form of the rule of law education plate can't meet the diversified needs of students,which is manifested in the obsolete practice teaching of the rule of law in the classroom and less practice teaching of the rule of law in the society;third,the implementation process of practical teaching in the rule of law education plate is often a mere formality,resulting in the disconnection between the imparting knowledge of the rule of law and practical activities and emphasizing the leading role of teachers while neglecting the subjectivity of students;fourth,the practical teaching assessment and evaluation of the rule of law education plate is lack of effectiveness,often paying attention to the summative evaluation while ignoring the process evaluation,emphasizing the knowledge evaluation and neglecting the comprehensive ability evaluation.The third part puts forward the optimization strategy of the practical teaching of the rule of law education in the course of morality and the rule of law from four aspects.That is,strengthening the knowledge goal,tamping the knowledge of the rule of law,implementing the ability goal,improving the practical ability of the rule of law,attaching importance to the emotion,attitude and values goal,cultivating the consciousness of the rule of law in order to coordinate;based on the analysis of the learning situation,we should guide the students to prepare well before class and excavate the practical content close to the students based on the hot spots of the society so as to enrich the practical teaching content of the rule of law education;introduce the discussion method to carry out the practical teaching of the rule of law education,go out of the classroom to carry out the practical research study of the rule of law education in order to innovate the practical teaching methods and forms of the rule of law education;establish a diversified evaluation subject,according to the comprehensive evaluation content,adopt a variety of evaluation methods to improve the practical teaching evaluation of the rule of law education plate.
