The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "to build a country and society under the rule of law,we need to improve the legal literacy of the whole nation." Teenagers are the hope of the future development of the motherland.The level of their legal literacy is particularly important for the realization of the great goal of a country ruled by law and a society ruled by law.The junior high school stage is the key period for students to form correct values and develop good behavior habits,as well as the important period for the cultivation of legal literacy.Middle class "morality and the rule of law" is the main channel and position of the rule of law education of junior middle school students,the curriculum system embodies the respect for the rule of law and defending,materials not only include knowledge of the rule of law,but also specially set up the rule of law education special issue(part ii)at the end of eighth grade,grade eight of part ii of the first and second unit in the spirit of the constitution as the theme,This paper introduces the basic content of the Constitution and the basic rights and obligations of citizens in detail,which helps students to establish a correct concept of the rule of law,and improve the ability to use the rule of law to find,analyze and solve problems.Therefore,strengthening the research on the cultivation of rule of law literacy in the course of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school is conducive to promoting the effective implementation of the rule of law education for teenagers,promoting the all-round development of students,and more conducive to building a socialist country under the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,investigation research method and observation method,through the review of relevant literature and the investigation and analysis of the students and moral and rule of law teachers in two middle schools in Heyuan City,in order to understand the cultivation status of junior high school students' rule of law literacy.Through investigation and analysis,this paper believes that the current cultivation of legal literacy exists in the students' low awareness of the rule of law,the rule of law thinking has not been formed,the teaching material content is difficult to implement,the traditional classroom teaching methods single problems.On this basis,in connection with the teaching practice,it is found that the main reasons for these problems are the insufficient preparation of students' legal knowledge,the need to strengthen the rule of thinking,the need to improve the legal literacy of teachers,the improper use of teaching resources,and the inaccurate positioning of teaching objectives.According to the current situation and content of the cultivation of junior high school students' legal literacy,combined with practical teaching experience,the cultivation countermeasures are put forward in three aspects of teaching preparation,teaching process and teaching evaluation.Cultivating countermeasures includes sort of teachers and students for the rule of law study,improve teachers' law quality,precise positioning multidimensional teaching goals,make full use of the rule of law analysis,experience,pay attention to students' activities to enhance the class interests and social participation,and adhere to the traditional written examination way,pay attention to the content of the many aspects of students,parents and social evaluation.
