Labor consciousness under the new era is not only the important content of labor education,is also the Chinese students to develop the core accomplishment of basis points,adhere to the moral education and the integration of law education,dig deeper into the junior high school on the cultivation of morality and the rule of law teaching material inside and outside labor content,in the course teaching guides the student to set up the correct view of labor actively,enhance feelings of working people,serve the country,contributing to society.Through the questionnaire survey,the analysis of the status quo of junior high school students' labor consciousness shows that some junior high school students have weak labor consciousness.For example,they use take work as an excuse to avoid studying.They do not tidy the room at home,and they are not willing to help their parents to do housework or take the initiative to participate in social welfare practice.They despise ordinary workers and so on.Based on this summary analysis of the problem nature of these undesirable phenomena: First,some students' labor cognitive deviation;Second,some students have negative labor emotion;Third,some students lack of labor practice;Fourth,some students have low working ability..Based on the interviews with the teachers of morality and rule of law,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in junior high school students' labor consciousness from the aspect of subject teaching.First,teachers' professional does not meet with the teaching discipline,grasps the labor consciousness training content simple,will not be able to fully understand the importance of labor consciousness cultivation,teaching methods and evaluation method is relatively single.Second,in the aspect of teaching material,the use of the new textbook curriculum idea has been updated,teaching materials in culture content knowledge and finely;Three,labor consciousness is in terms of students,students are busy learning examination work time is less,ignoring the process of life experience,lack of consciousness to improve labor ability.Therefore,from the perspective of junior high school morality and rule of law teaching,the cultivation of junior high school students' labor consciousness should be perfected:First,pay attention to the professional quality of moral and rule of law teachers,strictly employ professional teachers,timely update the teaching concept,enhance the cultivation of teachers' labor consciousness,flexibly use a variety of teaching methods,and comprehensively evaluate students' labor consciousness quality.Second,enrich and integrate the content of labor consciousness cultivation inside and outside the textbook,attach importance to the exploration and sharing activities inside the textbook,integrate the content of labor consciousness cultivation in the form of special topics,and rationally utilize the abundant teaching resources outside the classroom.Three,encourage students to take the initiative to participate in practice to improve their labor ability,learn to reasonably allocate their study and labor time,pay attention to the process of experiencing study and life practice,and actively mobilize students' initiative to participate in practice,so as to release their creative potential in social practice.
