The course of morality and rule of law in junior high school is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of Lide Shuren.Junior high school students are in the "joint booting" stage of life development,their body and mind are developing rapidly,and their world outlook is gradually taking shape.The junior high school ethics and rule of law curriculum emphasizes the cultivation of junior high school students' public participation literacy,strengthens junior high school students' public participation awareness,internalizes junior high school students' public participation emotions,and cultivates junior high school students' ability to integrate into society,which is conducive to cultivating junior high school students' ideological and political core qualities,Is conducive to the healthy growth of junior high school students,is conducive to the cultivation of socialist qualified citizens,and is conducive to practicing the core values of socialism.Based on Marx's theory of human all-round development,constructivism and multiple intelligences,using observation methods,text analysis,and literature research methods,this study conducts a comparatively systematic study of the public participation literacy of junior high school morals and rule of law.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of the public participation literacy in the moral and rule of law courses in junior high schools,the value guiding principle,the principle of gradual progress,and the principle of unity of knowledge and action in the cultivation of public participation in the junior middle school morals and rule of law are put forward;Secondly,it analyzes the five goals of collectivism,abiding by social rules,public spirit,participating in democratic practice,and courage to assume social responsibility in the public participation literacy cultivation of the junior high school ethics and rule of law class,and combing the teaching of public participation literacy cultivation based on the teaching materials.The content analyzes the content presentation method of the junior middle school morals and rule of law course in cultivating students' public participation literacy,combined with the internal and external factors affecting the implementation and implementation status.Finally,from the aspects of improving teachers' public participation literacy teaching literacy,optimizing classroom teaching for public participation literacy cultivation,and focusing on the development of resources for public participation literacy cultivation,etc.,the basic strategies for cultivating public participation literacy for junior high school students in moral and rule of law courses are proposed,with a view to improving Many junior high school ethics and rule of law teachers provide relevant ideas and reference.
