A Study On The Strategies Of Improving Junior High School Students' Self-management Ability

With the rapid development of today's society,social division of labor makes people need to improve their self-management ability.Therefore,it is necessary to change the traditional education model and improve the ability of self-management training of middle school students.This is one of the important problems in middle school education and teaching.Based on questionnaire survey and interview,this paper studies the present situation of self-management of X middle school students in Golmud City.First of all,the paper reviews the domestic and foreign related literature,self-management and other related concepts,based on the management theory,humanism theory and quality education theory,through questionnaires,interviews to the Golmud City X middle school students self-management status analysis;Secondly,it points out the problems and reasons of self-management of X middle school students in Golmud city.The problems mainly include: weak self-management consciousness,lack of self-management ability of middle school students,poor self-control ability of middle school students,and analysis of the causes of the above problems from four aspects: school level,teacher level,family level and individual level;Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the self-management ability of X middle school students in Golmud City are put forward,including improving the teaching level of teachers,creating a good learning atmosphere,changing the educational concept of teachers,parents need to create a good family environment.Students themselves should know themselves correctly.By analyzing the present situation,existing problems and causes of self-management of X middle school students in Golmud City,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the school to improve the self-management ability of middle school students,and at the same time to promote the process of cultivating high-quality talents in the school.
