Classroom management is not a single, independent of outside classroom teaching, but throughout the entire process of classroom teaching. In other words, the implementation of effective classroom management the ultimate goal is to achieve the goal of classroom teaching. Thus, it can be said classroom management is a part of classroom teaching can not be missing. If there is no reasonable and effective classroom management means or manner, it is bound to greatly affect the achievement of the goals of classroom teaching. This article mainly tells us the following question by the questionnaire survey and case analysis to the students of Assumption College Sriracha in Thailand:the factors which influence the classroom management, students’ mentality characteristic, the classroom which students like, the classroom management problems of Chinese as a foreign language in Thailand currently. Also it has arranged the classroom management related theory to discuss the topic. I want to propose the management’s strategy in the middle school in Thailand based on this question, hoping to provide suggestions for the TCSL teachers to manage the classroom effectively and reasonably, enhancing the Chinese language level and efficiency of junior middle school students in Thai, achieving the target of classroom teaching and lightening the student’s study burden.This article is totally divided into four parts. The first part combs the domestic and foreign classroom management’s achievements; The second part studied the content, target and characteristic of classroom management to provide reliable theory basis for the questionnaire survey and casa analysis; The third part mainly discovers the factors which influence the classroom management through the questionnaire and case analysis to understand present situation, thereby providing effective suggestions for TCSL teachers. The fourth part based the first part of the questionnaire for the analysis of the findings and examples of results from classroom time for teachers and teacher-student interaction issues dominated the start, put forward classroom management recommendations for Chinese teachers in Thailand to achieve the classroom management goal.
