Since the reform and opening up,the economy has developed rapidly,and people pay more and more attention to their children's education,but there are still many traditional educational concepts and educational methods that bind our educational ideas.At the same time,parents in educating their children,their own anxiety,non-positive attitude towards life to their children in the name of "love".Thus it can be seen that behind the problem of children's education,the reaction is the problem of professional vocational education.In practice,the author found that the problem of vocational education is a very prominent problem in contemporary family education,but in the past research,most of the research of vocational education remains in the theoretical level,and there are relatively few studies on vocational education from a practical perspective.Based on the theory of Satya treatment model,this paper uses interview method to observe and observe the problem of parental education for parents.Through the analysis of the current situation of parental education,the problems and causes in the performance of parental roles,it is concluded that the weak self-awareness,excessive attention to children's studies,wrong teaching methods,lack of correct communication skills and inconsistent communication posture are the main reasons for parents' weak awareness of parental roles,excessive pressure in parental role input,low satisfaction with their own parental roles,strong sense of weakness and poor communication in parent-child interaction.Through the feasibility analysis of Satya treatment mode,the article concludes that Satya treatment mode can strengthen the practical operation of vocational education,its belief can effectively promote the self-growth,and its consistent communication can effectively assist the performance of professional role.Through the adaptive analysis of the Satya treatment model interventional vocational education group,the treatment elements of the Satya treatment model can effectively promote the realization of the group objectives,and can effectively enhance the effect of the group activities.In the practical research,the author,through the demand analysis of professional education and professional role performance,carried out the design of group activity with Satya treatment mode,using the group work as a practical case,using the methods of group work,leading skills and group evaluation methods for a comprehensive study of professional education.In addition,with the operational skills in Satya treatment mode,internal iceberg model,communication posture,family remodeling,role playing,weather report,meditation and other services,enrich group activities,promote active participation in professional positions,establish group links,improve the sense of self-value,improve communication ability,and transform the response mode.Finally,the practical process is comprehensively evaluated from the two dimensions of process evaluation and effect evaluation.It can be seen from the evaluation results that the application of Satyya treatment mode in the vocational education group is very consistent,and has a certain applicability and operability.Professional in the group has improve the sense of self-value,communication ability can be improved,and communication attitude gradually become consistent.The establishment of the group security environment and mutual support network can also promote the growth and change of parental work in parental vocational education,and then promote the improvement of parental ability in role performance and the improvement of parent-child relationship.At the same time,the author reflected on the social work practice,in the development group,we should focus on the process and change of the service object rather than the "story" itself;improve the leadership ability of social workers to improve the participation of the group members;strengthen the application of family practice after the end of the group effectiveness goals.
