In recent years,China's socio-economic development has made considerable progress,the level of social welfare has been greatly enhanced,and children's welfare has also received more and more attention.With the help of the government and the caring people in society,some orphans and disabled children have received in welfare institute.Orphans and disabled children have lost the care of their parents and other relatives because of their special reasons.They cannot enjoy the physical and psychological development environment that normal children have in their families.In addition,coupled with the welfare "value parenting,despise education",very prone to bad behavior.And if these bad behaviors are allowed to deteriorate,they will be very detrimental to the development of orphans and disabled children.First of all,through the participatory observation and questionnaire of the orphans and disabled children in the B welfare institute of Taiyuan City,the basic situation of the orphans and disabled children was learned and the bad behavior of the disabled children was observed.Secondly,the teachers in the class of the orphans and disabled children and the staff of the welfare institute were interviewed to further determine the bad behaviors of the orphans and disabled children.Finally,based on the related researches at home and abroad,the group work involved in the poor behaviors of learning laziness,dishonesty and self-control.Before using the group work method,the main reasons and manifestations of the bad behavior of the orphans and disabled children are understood in detail,and a reasonable group work plan is formulated in combination with the supervision.In the process of group activities,the group activities plan should be adjusted according to the effect of the group activities and the existing deficiencies.At the end of the group activities,from the small group,the group staff and welfare workers by several aspects to evaluate group activity intervention effect and summary,and aims at the problems existing in the reflection and summarized.
