School social work is a professional activity that takes students as the center and helps students solve problems by using professional methods of social work in school field to promote students' personal growth and development.Since the 1990 s,"social workers in schools" have been widely used in Hong Kong and Taiwan.At the beginning of this century,Guangdong,Shanghai and other developed areas also began the "one school,one social worker" pilot work.In recent years,many school problems,such as school bullying,campus sexual assault and teenagers' Internet addiction,occur frequently.The introduction of school social work is helpful to solve these problems.As an underdeveloped area in western China,the overall development and construction of social work is relatively slow in Q province.As one of the fields of social work,the development of social work in schools lags even further.In 2013,Q University and L Primary School established the first social work station,which started the exploration of social work in schools in this region.This study development of L primary school in the school social work station for example,adopt the method of qualitative research,in the process of practice with the method of observation and interview to collect data,through the analysis in the school social worker standing in different stages,presents the characteristics and strategies to explore in the different stages of development in the school social workers stood in the school field,how they interact with other factors in the interaction is how logic,in under the influence of various factors,the development of school social work to present how to.The study drew the following three conclusions:First,the development of school social work is a kind of embedded development.The embedded subject is school social work,and the embedded object is school education.Both sides influence each other's ideas and working methods.The "localization" service mode of school social work has been preliminarily established.Second,the foundation of the embedded development of school social work is the foundation of philosophy and policy.The idea foundation is the most basic element,which provides the possibility for the embedding of social work in schools.Policy foundation provides legitimacy for the embedding of school social work.Third,the development direction of school social work is an integrated development direction.Due to the particularity of school education,the time and space of school social workers' work services are often "fragmented".Therefore,it is necessary to continuously integrate services according to the characteristics of services in practice so as to better develop services.
