Based on the new starting point of the centennial history of the Communist Party of China,young people need to set sail and embark on a new journey of comprehensively building socialist modernization.Public participation literacy is the character and the most critical ability,that students must have after entering the society.High school is an important stage to cultivate students' literacy of public participation.High school ideological and political course is the basics to cultivate the students' public participation idea,and help students to establish correct political orientation and view.It brings up a new generation,which make them become builders and successors to the cause of socialism.This paper explores the effective cultivation path of high school students' public participation literacy in ideological and political courses,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of high school students' public participation literacy.First of all,this paper defines the relevant concepts of public participation,and thinks that the public participation literacy includes four basic aspects: public participation idea,public participation knowledge,public participation ability and the character of public participation.Cultivating public participation literacy of high school students is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,enhancing high school students' political identity,improving high school students' comprehensive literacy and strengthening their social responsibility.Secondly,based on investigation,interview and data analysis,we can understand the current situation of the cultivation of high school students' public participation literacy,and found that there were some urgent problems to be solved in the cultivation of public participation literacy,the cultivation of the public participation idea tends to be superficial,the knowledge of public participation lacks integrity and systematization,the public participation ability of most students is weak and the public participation character is unsound.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: attaching importance to knowledge imparting and neglecting ability cultivation;emphasis on theoretical construction,ignore practical exploration;single teaching evaluation and so on.Finally,we should change the teaching idea,perfect the knowledge system,innovate the teaching method and adopt multiple evaluation to strengthen the first class.Building online public participation platform,strengthening the role of student associations,holding public participation related theme activities and deepening home-school cooperation through the second class.In this way,we can effectively improve the practical effect of cultivating students' public participation quality in high school ideological and political course.
