With the modernization of national governance system and governance capability,higher requirements have been put forward for citizens' ability to participate in public activities and social affairs in an orderly manner.2017 ordinary high school ideological and political lesson standard clearly put forward the mission of cultivating high school students' core literacy,including the political identity,the scientific spirit,the rule of law consciousness and the public participation.The public participate means through the teaching of high school political lesson to help high school students establish a sense of responsibility,became their own masters,know the ways of public participation,gain public participation experience,and participate the public affairs through democratic consultation,communication,dialogue and other legal and orderly way.However,there exist many problems in the current situation of high school students' public participation literacy and the cultivation of high school students' public participation literacy in high school ideological and political courses.This is not only detrimental to the implementation of deepening development,but also causes problems such as insufficient ability and limited development of high school students in the process of public participation.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research of the cultivation of ideological and political courses in senior high school to students' public participation literacy.In this paper,four senior high school students in Leshan were selected to conduct questionnaires and some senior high school ideological and political teachers were interviewed to collect data.Through the data analysis,this paper summarizes the current status of high school students 'public participation literacy,and the positive points and difficulties of high school ideological and political courses for high school students' public participation literacy cultivation.According to the dilemma,under the guidance of materialist dialectics,both inside and outside of Marxism,the causes of the dilemma are analyzed from the teaching level and external conditions of high school ideological and political teaching.The teaching level includes the factors such as the lack of public participation ability caused by students 'one-sided learning style,the lack of theoretical connection with actual ability,which lead to the blurring of public participation path,the lack of renewal of teachers' public participation teaching concepts,and the lack of public participation training skills for teachers,and the utility of teaching evaluation goals and singularity of teaching evaluation methods.The external conditions of ideological and political lesson teaching include school,society,teaching evaluation factors.Finally,countermeasures have put forward from the high school ideological and political class teaching level and external conditions,including students,teachers,teaching evaluation,teaching external conditions aspects.Hope to provide a certain theoretical basis for high school ideological and political classes to cultivate high school students 'public participation literacy,to implement the fundamental task of high moral values establishment and people cultivation,and finally do a little bit of help for high school students to enter the society smoothly.
