Vocabulary is an important standard to reflect the language level of learners,which has always been the focus of language teachers and learners.Vocabulary testing plays a very important role in vocabulary research and is an indispensable part of it.Language teachers want to know how much vocabulary learners have mastered,and language learners also want to know what level of vocabulary they have mastered,so they must generate a test scale to measure the vocabulary of language learners.Will refer to this study Qian Xu method and principle of the vocabulary test,will the compulsory education use table(draft)of 4,3613 words to test the range of vocabulary,and in accordance with the "common word frequency in modern Chinese dictionary" word from high to low arrangement,selection of 3000 words before synthetic Chinese word frequency table as a source of the sample of this study,using stratified sampling method to select word of 150 words in the table as a test target vocabulary,according to the test target vocabulary for junior high school students develop a set of Chinese vocabulary test scale.This paper focuses on the compilation process of the vocabulary test scale,and discusses the principle of making the scale,the method of sampling,the selection of target words,the selection of test methods,the establishment of scoring standards,and the validity test,so as to compile the Chinese vocabulary test scale for junior middle school students,which is used to test the level of Chinese vocabulary of junior middle school students.On the basis of completing the formulation of the scale,the vocabulary test of 20 junior high school students was carried out,and then the reliability test of the test paper was carried out,and the test results were statistically analyzed to test the validity of the test paper,and the factors affecting the level of Chinese vocabulary of junior high school students were discussed and analyzed.On the basis of completing the formulation of the scale,20 junior high school students were selected to carry out the vocabulary test,and then the reliability of the test paper was tested,and the test results were analyzed to evaluate the validity of the test,and the factors affecting the vocabulary level of junior high school students were discussed and analyzed.Through data analysis,it is found that :(1)the education level has a significant impact on the vocabulary level of junior middle school students.The vocabulary level of Grade 9 students is significantly higher than that of Grade 7students in different vocabulary level tests.(2)Word frequency has a significant impact on the vocabulary of junior high school students.The higher the vocabulary level,the lower the word frequency,the lower the vocabulary test score,which indicates that the students' vocabulary level is lower.(3)The part of speech has an impact on the vocabulary test of junior high school students.No matter in junior grade or senior grade,the error rate of words with different levels of part of speech in the test is consistent.The error rate sort is: verb > adjective >noun.
