Dalcroze eurhythmics has been popularised rapidly since it was introduced into China.This paper first describes the basic ideas,contents and teaching objectives of the teaching method.Secondly,it explores the practicability and value of its introduction into China to lay a theoretical foundation for further practical research.Based on the basic elements of Dalcroze eurhythmics and its core teaching idea,the paper designs the specific teaching methods that accord with the music class in China.Through teaching examples,this paper studies the practical way of applying Dalcroze eurhythmics to the teaching of Chinese folk music.Finally,this paper discusses and reflects on the teaching method in the music classroom and other related issues such as how to improve the teaching quality,and analyzes and looks forward to the meeting point between the teaching method and Chinese folk music and folk dance.It is proved that this teaching method is in line with the requirements of music teaching in China,and can improve students' ability of internal auditory and motor perception,and provide nutrients for the growth of innovative talents.
