With the promulgation and implementation of Music Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition),music has gradually emerged in the whole education industry and has been placed in an increasingly important position.Students entering junior high school begin to develop and mature gradually,and the ways of thinking are becoming more and more diversified.Adding appropriate teaching methods to music teaching helps students to learn better.Dalkroz's body rhythm teaching method combines abstract musical concepts with concrete body movements and combines classroom teaching activities to enhance students' interest in learning,improve aesthetic ability,activate innovative thinking,and coordinate physical and mental development.This paper takes Junlian County No.2 Middle School as the object of investigation,and carries on the field investigation and research combined with Dalz's body rhythm teaching method,which is divided into introduction and five chapters.First of all,the teaching process and characteristics of Dalkroz and his body rhythm teaching method are introduced,which is the theoretical support of the whole article.Then from the new curriculum standard and body rhythm fit,music textbook analysis and body rhythm for junior high school students targeted three aspects of the study of the use of body rhythm in junior high school music teaching feasibility.Then it analyzes the present situation of music teaching in Junlian No.2 Middle School,and expounds in detail the use of teaching materials,teaching equipment,teaching mode and teachers' general situation and teaching ability,and analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of teachers aspects of teachers and schools,students and parents for further study It provides a realistic basis.Then the body rhythm teaching method is applied to the junior middle school music classroom in Junlian County No.2 Middle School.Teaching with body rhythm in appreciation class should guide students to combine listening and movement,conform to the characteristics of students' physical and mental development,and carry out game teaching.Finally,from the teaching of teachers and the cultivation of students two aspects of the analysis of the importance of body rhythm in junior high school music teaching,summed up,Physical rhythm can bring new ideas to music teachers,create a relaxed and active learning atmosphere,strengthen communication between students and teachers,more relaxed image;enhance students' interest in music learning,improve aesthetic ability,but also help to develop students' music intelligence,physical rhythm,activate students' innovative thinking and coordinate physical and mental development,and maintain physical and mental health.
