In this paper, by analyzing the Music Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education of 2011 and studying for the music teaching materials of middle school, the author summarizes the musical knowledge and skills that middle school students should learned in music teaching practice and makes a comparative analysis of Dalcroze Eurhythmics and curriculum standards from multiple perspectives. It is thought that the Dalcroze Eurhythmics can agree with the teaching objectives which should be reached in the music curriculum in middle school of the Standards (2011 Edition). The author believes that the Dalcroze Eurhythmics as an advanced teaching method can be used for reference in the middle school classes. Combining with the teaching contents and teaching targets of music education in the middle school of our country, the teachers can make students fully touch the music with more intimate feelings in the limited time and study music from music practice. It is proposed that the newest teaching theory and teaching method should be applied in the music teaching classes in middle school combined with middle school music in our country. In this way, the music curriculum targets of Standards (2011 Edition) will be achieved by making principal part with students and laying emphasis on practice teaching of music.
