The 13 th five-year plan of education informatization requires "study on application of comprehensive practical courses in STEAM Education theory and other new education modes".STEAM Education theory promotes integrated education of Science,Technology,Engineering,Art,Mathematics and other fields of knowledge,which encourages students to come out with questions based on real situation,and answer the questions by using diverse knowledge.It aims to cultivate well-educated students who know the society,process the knowledge and ability to apply science and technology to improving human living.All of these coincide with core accomplishment cultivation theory by the Ministry of education.One of the current research priority is the improvement of strategy on junior high school Physical Science accomplishments by teaching method involves with STEAM Education theory.Improving scientific inquiry accomplishment of junior school Physics according to the national education policy and junior high school physics curriculum standards,teaching based on STEAM Education theory is the general trend.Scientific inquiry accomplishment is one of the core accomplishment proposed by the new curriculum standard of junior high school Physical Science.Scientific inquiry is not only the learning goal of students,but also an important teaching method.Students experience the similar learning approach with scientists,actively acquire knowledge of Physics,understand method to resolve scientific problems,develop inquiry ability on science,experience the fun of scientific inquiry,and develop a practical and realistic scientific attitude and innovative scientific spirit.This kind of scientific inquiry ability is the quality that contemporary students should have,and one of the most essential qualities they must have.Supplemented by multimedia courseware,verbal teaching is the main teaching method in junior high school Physics classes in current days.Emerged with Task-oriented teaching method,Experimental teaching and other teaching methods,teaching in classroom is still based on teachers.Teachers explain the demonstrate experiments,students imitate the practice to learn knowledge and skills.To a certain extent,this traditional teaching mode restricts the students' ability of self-development,cooperation and communication with others,and scientific inquiry.It can not meet the specific requirements of scientific inquiry accomplishment.Therefore,this study takes literature research,questionnaire survey and action research as the basic research methods,analyzes the current situation of junior high school physics scientific inquiry accomplishment based on STEAM Education theory,designs the teaching strategies in junior high school physics teaching,and summarizes the teaching strategies to improve junior high school Physics teaching on students' scientific inquiry accomplishment.It provides specific and scientific practical reference for junior high school Physics Teachers and other researchers.According to above purpose,this study mainly carried out the below steps:Firstly,it elaborated the research background,researched purpose and significance,clarified the research content,methods and ideas,used the literature research method,combed the domestic and foreign literature,and summarized the research status at home and abroad based on the STEAM Education theory.Second,it defined the core concepts of this study: STEAM Education theory,and scientific inquiry accomplishment.This paper expounded the theoretical basis of this study: experience,interest and curriculum theory,constructivism learning theory and "learning by doing" theory.Third,based on the STEAM Education theory of junior high school physics science inquiry accomplishment status,questionnaire survey was carried out.Data collected at this step provides support for the coming research.Fourth,with the STEAM Education theory as the guiding idea,aiming to improve the junior high school Physical Science inquiry accomplishment based on the STEAM Education theory,referring to the STEAM learning and teaching process,this paper put forward the strategies to improve the junior high school Physical Science inquiry accomplishment based on the STEAM Education concept.Fifth,the implementation of teaching method research was completed.Study objects were author's students in S middle school in Shaoguan City.Three rounds of teaching action research were carried out.The first round of teaching action research adopted the preliminary teaching strategy based on STEAM Education theory to improve junior high school physics science inquiry accomplishment.After observing the teaching effect,interviewing,summarizing and reflecting,the preliminary teaching strategy was modified and improved.Then the following two rounds of action research were carried out to improve and summarize the improvement of teaching strategies on junior high school physics science inquiry accomplishment based on STEAM Education concept.Sixth,it analyzed the effect of teaching action research,evaluated whether students reach the level of junior high school physics science inquiry accomplishment.Seventh,researched result was reviewed,deficiency in the research process were found and summarized,and prospects for researched in the future were made.The conclusions are listed as below:1.The teaching strategies proposed by the author in this paper can stimulate students' strong interest in learning in a better way,so that students can gradually improve their communication and expression ability,cooperative learning ability and problem-solving ability in the process of self-developed,cooperative and practical inquiry learning,and the junior high school Physical Science inquiry accomplishment has been continuously improved.2.It is feasible and effective to improve junior high school Physical Science inquiry accomplishment based on STEAM Education theory;STEAM Education theory is forward-looking and instructive.It helps to enhance students' learning interest and subjective initiative,exercise students' cooperation ability and practical ability,and makes most students achieves junior high school Physical Science inquiry level.
