Jump on one foot support,so the lower limbs need to have strong strength and stability of ankle joint as the intermediary,has the function of amplification nexus.Experts have advocated to increase the strength training of ankle joint and means of training set and special movement form similar,but innovative training methods has been lagging behind the existing training methods mainly training of ankle flexor and extensor,emphasizing muscles around the ankle,but really for ankle strength training not too much involved.In the long jump,with the mobile body weight,athletes ankle stability strength if the poor will lead to excessive and feet over,so in the process of training,strengthen the research on stability of ankle joint strength training method is rather important.The purpose of this research is to grade 2013 in Beijing Sport University education college track and field direction as the research object,mainly adopts the experimental method,starting from the perspective of ankle strength training,strength training method to stability as the starting point,the two group were selected a combination of traditional and multi direction combination experiments,according to the results of the study to explore whether influence a combination of traditional and multi direction combination between the two training methods for athletes exercise effect has statistically significant difference.The following conclusions are drawn through the experimental study:1.After more than 12 weeks of direction combination after ankle strength training means training of long jump athletes biomechanical indexes lower limb strength again after tests found that the powers of their limbs maximum response jump,jumping ability index had significant changes,biological forces long jump athlete's lower limbs can be effectively improved.2.After more than 12 weeks of direction combination after ankle strength training means training,on the long jump athletes special scores again after tests found that a significant change,long jump athlete's special scores can be effectively improved.3.After more than 12 weeks of direction combination after ankle strength training means training,athletes special physical quality indexes for the test again after the found,reaction speed,strength,jumping ability of special physical quality index has a significant change,long jump athletes special physical quality can be effectively improved.4.After the experiment to two groups of special performance of long jump athletes and lower limb biomechanical index comparison,and no significant difference,but from the point of growth,lower limb biological indicators,maximum strength,hang time,the experimental group is better than that of control group,impulse control is better than that of the experimental group;Special performance aspect,the experimental group is better than the control group;Special physical quality indicators,continuous vertical jump ability index of the experimental group was better than control group,other indicators no significant change.So should be aimed at specific problems of the athletes in training the best combination of two kinds of training methods,improve the sports level athletes.
