Research On The Application Of Layered Cooperative Teaching Method In General Football Courses In Sports Colleges

With the development of social and economic development in China,the state attaches great importance to the building of a strong sports country,and pays great attention to the health of students' physical quality.It takes football as an example,and through the way of teaching and sports integration,it cooperates with all departments to carry out campus football,aiming to improve the physical quality of students and the level of football in China.Campus football has been carried out in the primary and secondary schools in China.The development of campus football requires training a large number of excellent sports workers.The football general course is an important course for sports majors to study football.Because of the large individual differences between students in general courses,it is difficult to achieve ideal teaching effect.In this paper,the author takes the experimental research of layered cooperative teaching method in football general course teaching as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and teaching experiment,and takes 44 football general courses students of2019 level PE education specialty of Tianjin Institute of physical education as the experimental object,and conducts the teaching experiment of 32 hours in eight weeks.In the experiment,the experimental group adopts the layered cooperative teaching method,the control group uses the traditional teaching method to teach the students football.Through the comparison of the physical quality,football technology,learning interest and cooperative consciousness of the two groups before and after the experiment,the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching effect of the two teaching methods are discussed,The purpose of this paper is to provide effective teaching methods and practical experience for the general course of football in Colleges and universities.The conclusions are as follows(1)In terms of physical quality,the teaching of football general courses is carried out by using the layered cooperative teaching method and the traditional teaching method.The experimental group and the control group run 30 meters before and after the experiment,5 meters × There was no significant improvement in the body quality indexes such as 25 meter turn back running,standing long jump and seat forward flexion,and slightly improved in average number.The effect of layered cooperative teaching and traditional teaching method on students' physical quality was not significant.(2)In terms of football technology,the experimental group and the control group have significant improvement in the indexes of ball passing,dribbling around,25 meter kick,regional shooting,and receiving and stopping.In terms of average,the experimental group is better than the control group.The layered cooperative teaching method has significant effect on the improvement of the football technology of students compared with the traditional teaching method.(3)In terms of football learning interest,the results of the experimental group were significantly improved before and after the experiment,while the results of the control group were slightly improved in average,and there was no significant improvement.The effect of layered cooperative teaching method on improving students' interest in football learning was better than that of traditional teaching method.(4)In terms of cooperation consciousness,the results of the experimental group were significantly improved before and after the experiment,while the control group did not significantly improve,and there was a slight increase in the mean number.The effect of layered cooperative teaching method in improving the students' cooperative consciousness was significantly better than that of the traditional teaching method.
