Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Youth Track And Field Reserve Talents Training In Tianjin

Tianjin early track and field events were in the leading position in China,and they were famous in North China and the whole country.After the founding of new China,a large number of excellent track and field talents emerged,which stood out in the competition.After the reform and opening up,Tianjin track and field sports also appeared the peak period.The athletes in Tianjin have won a lot of medals,but in recent years,the track and field achievements and ranking of Tianjin have been stagnant.This paper takes Tianjin track and field bases as the research object,and gives questionnaire to its coaches and athletes.Understand the problems in daily training,learning,competition and so on.Starting from the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper aims to understand the status quo of the training,learning and competition of the reserve talents in Tianjin Youth Track and field,and finds out the main problems and puts forward reasonable development countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions are as follows1.through interviews with the leaders of the base,it is found that there are serious shortage of students in a few track and field bases in Tianjin.The difficulty in recruiting students is the key factor restricting the development of track and field reserve talents in Tianjin.2.there are some problems in the field equipment in some track and field bases in Tianjin,which will affect the training quality of athletes and will not be conducive to the development of athletes.3.a few parents do not support children to choose track and field because track and field has few ways out,narrow employment and difficult to go to school.Parents' attitude is an important factor affecting the students' source of Tianjin Youth Track and field athletes.4.there are still a few athletes in seven track and field bases in Tianjin who have sports injuries that can not be treated in time,which will also limit the development of athletes in the future,and also lead to the lack of students.5.the general cultural courses of Tianjin Youth Track and field athletes are poor,and the difficulties in learning are poor learning basis,bad learning atmosphere and wrong learning methods,which seriously affect the future promotion and employment of athletes.6.the few track and field athletes in seven bases in Tianjin are not satisfied with the current learning and training methods,which will affect their training attitude and will not be conducive to the improvement of training level.7.the attitude of track and field coaches in seven bases of Tianjin is not urgent.Only by constantly improving their theoretical level can coaches guide the training scientifically and improve the quality of training.8.with the increase of years,the number of young track and field athletes in seven bases in Tianjin has gradually decreased,which also leads to the loss of track and field reserve talents.
