Curriculum reform based on curriculum standards has always been a key concern for education around the world.With the release of the "General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",is there any reference to the 2017 version of the curriculum standards in actual education and teaching in order to effectively implement the new curriculum.Curriculum reform researchers began to pay attention to the consistency of the new curriculum standards and education and curriculum content.Academic evaluation plays a very important role in curriculum content.The college entrance examination in academic evaluation is also a way to reflect curriculum reform.Therefore,the study of consistency between college entrance examination questions and curriculum standards is very necessary for the implementation of mathematics curriculum reform.This study uses the Achieve model to analyze the consistency between three sets of test questions in the third volumes of mathematics and science in the National College Entrance Examination from 2018 to 2020 and the new curriculum standards.This research first sorts out the documents based on standards-based consistency research at home and abroad through the literature,and understands the current development status of this field.Secondly,classify and judge the curriculum content and cognitive level of the new curriculum standards,and analyze and code the three sets of college examination papers based on the coding of the new curriculum standards.Then use the Achieve model to analyze the consistency of the new curriculum standards and test papers from different dimensions.Finally,according to the conclusions of this research,it gives effective suggestions on the implementation of the new curriculum standards and give the directions for further research on this research.Through the consistency analysis of the three sets of test papers after the promulgation of the new curriculum standard,the following conclusions are drawn: the consistency of the three sets of test questions with the new curriculum standard is not high,which is reflected in the curriculum content,cognitive level and challenge level;but in the challenge The consistency of source and balance is relatively high;the three sets of test papers have moved closer to the new curriculum standards with the years,and the proportion of knowledge content that has begun to be emphasized in the new curriculum standards has increased year by year,especially It is in the module of probability and statistics that the proportion of knowledge increases with the growth of the year.Several suggestions are also made for this.The new curriculum standards should be used as the guiding document when setting the college entrance examination questions,and the distinction of test questions should be appropriately adjusted and the depth and breadth of the test questions should be improved,to ensure consistency between test questions and curriculum standards.Educators and teachers should study the new curriculum standards,accurately grasp the content of the new curriculum standards,not just use knowledge as the teaching content,but also pay attention to the cultural literacy and thinking cultivation in the new curriculum standards of mathematics,so that the new curriculum standards can play a guiding role.The innovation of this research: This article selects the three sets of consecutive high examination questions after the new curriculum standard is issued to analyze the consistency of the new curriculum standards.Not only can the direction of the three sets of test papers and the changing trend of the new curriculum standard requirements be seen,but it is also more targeted and time-effective;In the literature analysis based on the consistency of the curriculum standards in the curriculum field,because the Achieve mode analysis has more dimensions and the operation is more difficult,there are very few literatures using the Achieve mode to analyze the consistency of the curriculum field.Further research can enrich and enrich the theoretical development of tools and methods for the consistency between academic evaluation and standards.
