At the National Forum of Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "the most fundamental thing to do well in running ideological and political theory courses is to fully implement the Party's education policy and solve the fundamental problems of what kind of people to train,how to train people and for whom.To implement the curriculum education pointed out the direction of the education policy,on the basis of ideological and political education into the specific requirements of the teaching in colleges and universities,combined with the characteristics of gymnastics class,excavate ideological elements in gymnastics course,according to the requirements of "ideological elements throughout the whole teaching process,full use of the recessive education" quiet ",realize the ideological elements properly feed into the syllabus.This paper USES literature,comparative analysis,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and other research methods,through the national 10 in the common course for the sports colleges and universities sports education professional gymnastics teaching outline analysis,explore "course education" and the correspondency of gymnastics teaching of physical education and to dig deeper into the gymnastics in the ideological elements,complete fused ideological elements in gymnastics teaching content,teaching process,teaching methods and teaching evaluation of the design.Finally,through the investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.By finishing the tasks in the common course for the sports education professional gymnastics and characteristics,as well as to 10 in the common course for the sports colleges and universities sports education professional gymnastics teaching outline of contrast and analysis,in-depth excavation of the sports education professional gymnastics class ideological elements,integrated into the "course education" concept in teaching is in line with the current state advocates the education idea,In line with the needs of contemporary college students' physical and mental health development,in line with the requirements of the current curriculum reform.2.Integrate the ideological and political elements of the course into the general course of gymnastics for the physical education major of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education.Through the design of the teaching process,excavate the ideological and political elements of the general course of gymnastics for the physical education major in the teaching objectives and content,and carry out the teaching design of the ideological and political elements through the aspects of teaching methods and improvement of teaching evaluation.The ideological and political education should run through the whole process of gymnastics general course teaching and give full play to the dual educational objectives in course teaching.3.Through the integration and design implementation of curriculum thinking in the gymnastics general course of physical education major of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education,and through the questionnaire survey,we know that students of physical education major of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education can obtain ideological and political elements in the gymnastics general course,and can apply them in daily life,study and work process.Through the interview method to understand the teachers found in the practical application of teaching design content is not comprehensive enough,ideological and political elements mining is not deep enough drawbacks and shortcomings.4.At present,"Curriculum Ideology and Politics" is still in the stage of exploration and has not yet formed a complete system.At the same time,due to my limited ability,the ideological and political elements of curriculum ideology and politics in the general course of gymnastics of physical education major have not been explored deeply and comprehensively,and there are still drawbacks and deficiencies in the teaching design.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the excavation of ideological and political elements and the teaching design of ideological and political elements in the general course of gymnastics.
