In 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the teachers’ forum of the school’s ideological and political theory class,emphasizing that,It is necessary to tap the ideological and political education resources contained in various curricula and teaching methods,and realize the all-round education of all employees.The concept of "curriculum thought and politics" has gradually entered the public’s vision,which provides a basic idea for colleges and universities to practice curriculum education."Curriculum thinking and politics" is the fundamental measure for colleges and universities to implement morality and cultivate people.It is a specific practice to give full play to the function of education and teaching.Based on this background,this paper starts with the teaching design of the compulsory course of "Chinese Archery",integrates the concept of "curriculum thinking and politics" into all links of the teaching of the compulsory course of "Chinese Archery",promotes the construction of "curriculum thinking and politics" in physical education colleges,and adheres to the educational concept of the trinity of value shaping,knowledge imparting and ability training,so that students can not only master shooting technology,but also establish a correct outlook on life and values,Cultivate talents with both internal and external training.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper takes the compulsory course of "Chinese Archery" from the perspective of "curriculum thinking and politics" as the research object,and the 2020 students majoring in social sports in the school of physical education of Zhengzhou University as the research object.According to the characteristics of the compulsory course of "Chinese Archery" specialty,this paper deeply excavates the coincidence point between the compulsory course of "Chinese Archery" specialty and "curriculum thinking and politics",analyzes the necessity of "curriculum thinking and politics" in the compulsory course of "Chinese Archery" specialty,and combines the requirements of the Syllabus of the compulsory course of "Chinese Archery" specialty from five aspects: teaching principles,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,The teaching design of the compulsory course of "Chinese Archery" from the perspective of "curriculum thought and politics" is carried out.Finally,the main conclusions are as follows:It is very necessary to integrate the concept of "curriculum thought and politics" into the teaching design of compulsory courses of "Chinese Archery" specialty,implement national policies and meet the needs of talent training.The compulsory courses of "Chinese Archery" major are in the same direction as the "curriculum thought and politics" in terms of educational concept,educational content and educational function,which can play a synergistic effect.And the course contains rich ideological and political elements.3.The teaching design of the compulsory courses of "Chinese Archery" majors under the perspective of "Curriculum Thinking and Politics" is effective,guiding values to teaching principles,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching processes,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,etc.,and completing the organic combination of value shaping,knowledge transfer and ability training.4.Through the implementation of the teaching design of compulsory courses for "Chinese Archery" major from the perspective of "curriculum ideological and political education",students have significantly improved in performance assessment and ideological and political education.
