Community Sports Development Model From The Perspective Of Governance

The process of social modernization is accelerating,urban spatial regions are changing with each passing day,and different types of urban communities have emerged.At the same time,in the construction of a healthy China and a sports power in the new era,community sports can develop rapidly,community residents are enthusiastic,sports groups are blooming everywhere,and sports activities are colorful.Along with this,there are many problems such as the lack of community sports facilities,the lack of professional sports talents,and the lack of special funds.The ever-increasing sports demand of residents requires "precise supply".Reality calls for the strengthening of community governance capabilities and the leap of community sports from a single management system to multiple active governance.The differences between different types of communities will inevitably lead to the diversification of community sports development models.This article adopts the literature method,case study method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,based on governance theory,stakeholder theory,and field theory,and selects typical examples among traditional communities,commercial housing communities,and resettlement communities.To explore the common problems and differences in the development of different types of community sports from six aspects: activity content,participation motivation,organization,venue facilities,management guidance,and funding sources.Under the general background of the modernization of the national governance system,centering on the characteristics of different types of communities and the development trend of community sports,establish governance goals,clarify governance subjects,improve governance mechanisms,and construct a targeted community sports development model.Then,based on the clarification of the role of the governing body as the starting point,several suggestions to promote the high-quality development of community sports are put forward.It is hoped that the new development concept and governance practice will be integrated,so as to provide different types of community sports with more practical,implementable,and maneuverable governance methods,promote the improvement and innovation of community sports development models,and inject vitality into the development of community sports.
