Cultivating students’ core literacy is the main content of the comprehensive implementation and implementation of the national education policy,and is the starting point and goal of promoting and deepening the development of vocational education.As the core component of curriculum reform,school-based teaching materials have gradually become the new focus of teaching reform in secondary vocational schools.In March 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the "Art Curriculum Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools",clearly mentioning that the compilation of textbooks should be based on the curriculum standards,focusing on the core literacy of the curriculum,selecting teaching content,and developing the core literacy of secondary vocational students to deepen the reform of vocational education.The essential.How to better implement and cultivate the core literacy of students’ music in secondary vocational music teaching is an important link in the development of the core literacy of Chinese students.This research "Development of school-based music teaching materials for secondary vocational music based on core literacy" is an attempt to solve this problem.One aspect of Taking Guangdong Vocational and Technical School as an example,the article studies the development of secondary vocational music school-based textbooks based on core literacy.It is divided into the following four aspects: First,it investigates the current status of domestic and foreign core literacy,music core literacy and school-based textbooks.Define related concepts;second,determine the direction and goal of school-based textbook development by investigating and analyzing the current learning situation of Guangdong Civil Affairs Vocational School and the use of current textbooks;third,expounding the principles of textbook development,the content framework and core of school-based textbooks The embodiment of literacy in school-based textbooks;four pairs of school-based textbooks’ implementation design,implementation effectiveness,and the shortcomings and prospects of the textbooks in the process of development and implementation.
