| With the development of the times and the deepening of China’s education reform,the importance of school moral education is becoming more and more prominent.In recent years,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the State Council and the Ministry of education have issued many documents,demanding to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education,reform the evaluation of teachers and students,vigorously promote the specialization,standardization and effectiveness of moral education,and promote the all-round development of students.The primary school head teacher is the specific implementer of moral education in primary schools,plays an indispensable role in school education,and is the core and backbone of moral education construction and class management in primary schools.Their professional level determines the quality of school moral education,and affects students’ physical and mental health and all-round development.So,how to promote the continuous development of the professional level of primary school head teachers has become a very important issue in the current education reform,and it is also the concern of the author and many educators.The construction of learning community for primary school head teachers is an important way to improve their professional quality.aking x primary school in Changchun as an example,this study uses the method of case study to explore how to construct a class teacher learning community,It is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the problem,research significance,literature review and research methods.Because of the development of the times,the society has higher and higher requirements for teachers,and the head teacher is the core of the primary school teachers,whose professional quality directly affects the growth of students and the development of the school,so it is very important to find an effective way to improve the professional quality of the head teacher through scientific research methods;The second part is the theoretical analysis of the class teacher learning community.This paper mainly defines the connotation of the class teacher learning community,puts forward the concept of the class teacher learning community,expounds the basic characteristics and value orientation of the class teacher learning community,and takes the learning organization theory and the learning community theory as the basic theory of the research,which is the basis of the research;The third part is the necessity of the construction of the learning community of class teachers in X primary school.Through the investigation and analysis of the natural situation of the class teacher team in X primary school,many problems and difficulties in the professional growth of the class teacher are found,and the necessity of implementing the construction of the class teacher learning community is fully demonstrated through the survey data;The fourth part is the design and implementation of class teacher learning community construction in X primary school.The author makes a practical investigation in X primary school through scientific methods,and elaborates the process and method of the design and implementation of the construction of the class teacher learning community in this school,which is also the core part of this study;The fifth part is the reflection on the effectiveness and problems of the construction of the class teacher learning community in X primary school.The author introduces the effect of the construction of the learning community of the head teachers in X primary school from the four aspects of the construction of the team of the head teachers,the reform of the class management,the improvement of the evaluation machine and the formation of the community culture through the survey data and real cases,and reflects on the main problems,and expounds the improvement measures to be implemented soon. |
