Under the background of industry 4.0,based on the digital economy reform with Chinese characteristics,the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China expressed the need to put forward new requirements on the digital ability of Chinese New youth.Based on this opportunity,this paper mainly relies on the basic framework of European Union digital literacy and the evaluation standards based on academic ability at home and abroad,using questionnaire survey method and quantitative analysis method to explore the double first-class in Hubei Province in colleges and universities,the relationship between the digital literacy of college students and the corresponding academic ability.This paper mainly introduces the concept of digital literacy in the big environment,summarizes the research status of digital literacy and academic ability at home and abroad,defines the concept of digital literacy and academic ability,and forms the basic framework of this paper to study digital literacy and academic ability.In the empirical research design,it mainly describes the selection of the research object and the pre investigation part,and carries on the process control and the demonstration of the empirical research results.Through empirical research,this paper mainly analyzes the overall,correlation and regression relationship between the two variables of digital literacy and academic ability.This paper mainly discusses the influence of sample differences according to the different professional gender of school,and puts forward the understanding and Prospect of digital literacy in the future.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.There is a certain linear regression relationship between the academic ability and digital literacy of students in double first-class universities in Hubei Province,and the two literacy domains of digital security and digital information ability have the most profound impact on personal academic ability.2.There are obvious differences in the professional and gender of students in seven double first-class universities in Hubei Province.
