Text Analysis On The Constitution Of The Academic Committee Of Double First-Class Universities

It is an important issue in the establishment of the modern university system to return to the academic attribute of the university and promote the development of the academic committee of the university.Since the constitution of the academic committee serves as the institutional basis for the development of the academic committee,its construction level determines the development degree of academic committee.However,there are still many problems in the constitution construction of the academic committees of colleges and universities in China.As the key universities constructed and supported by the nation,the double first-class universities,to some extent,represent the high development levels of domestic universities.At the same time,the constitution construction of the academic committees of these universities started earlier than other universities.Therefore,this study carries out text analysis on the constitution of the academic committees of double first-class universities,discussing the existing problems and proposing suggestions for improvement.This paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,it mainly discusses the background and significance of the research.With the help of citespace-a bibliometric software,existing research results are sorted out;on this basis,research topics and methods are proposed.The second part is the development history of the academic committees of domestic universities,illustrating the release of relevant constitution texts of the academic committees.The third part analyzes the text of Regulations of Academic Committees of Colleges and Universities in China.Through the qualitative analysis software-nvivo11,this paper codes the Regulations and interprets its text from the perspectives of constitution structure and text content,so as to explore the value concept conveyed by it and its normative and guiding significance to the constitution construction of academic committees at the university level.The fourth part continues to use the research method of the third part to study the constitution texts of the academic committees of 106 double first-class universities.With the understanding of the current situation of the constitution construction of the academic committees of double first-class universities,the paper interprets these constitution texts on a basis of the Regulations.In the final part,based on the text analysis of the foregoing chapters,the author puts forwards specific suggestions after considering the "compliance" and "inauthenticity" of the constitution texts of the academic committees of double first-class universities.It can be seen from the research that the Regulations plays a guiding and normative role in the constitution construction of academic committees of colleges and universities.But some colleges and universities have the relatively high positive correlation with the Regulations,that is to say,there exists a problem of direct copying.Compared with the Regulations,some academic committees of colleges and universities lower the standards of relevant content in constitution.In addition,there are many problems in the constitution texts of the academic committees of colleges and universities,including general content,low operability,lack of partial content,lack comprehensiveness,lack of integration with the actual situation of the university,absence of pertinence,and lack of comprehensiveness in terms of provisions on resource input.In this research,it is suggested to improve the constitution texts and promote the constitution construction of the colleges and universities from the following aspects: detailing articles,supplementing the missing content,combining with the actual situation of the universities and perfecting the provisions on resource input.
