With the improvement of data collection and data storage technology,data has penetrated all walks of life,big data has a profound impact on people's decision-making mode and life style.And thinking in statistical way is a powerful tool for people to live in the era of big data.People can make better decisions and lives using statistical thinking.Combined with the characteristics of statistics,this paper discusses the high school statistics teaching in the background of big data,develops the statistical thinking of senior high school students,and draws the conclusion of statistics teaching in the background of big data,and then puts forward suggestions.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.First of all,around the research topic,consult the relevant literature of big data and statistics,clarify the research background and significance,and understand the research status of big data education;combined with the new curriculum criteria,college entrance examination in recent years and the demand of the times for talents,carry out the teaching design analysis under the background of big data,and carry out the teaching practice of statistics under the background of big data in the internship school;Next,the experimental class and the control class are selected to analyze the test papers and questionnaires before and after teaching.Analyze the statistical teaching effect under the background of big data from the results of the test papers and questionnaires:(1)improve students' academic record;(2)attract students' interest in learning;(3)improve students' ability to solve problems;(4)more emphasis on training students' statistical thinking.Finally,according to my own teaching experience and a large number of literature,I put forward suggestions for high school statistics teaching:(1)select rich and living teaching cases;(2)create analysis situation of big data,pay attention to the cultivation of students' statistical thinking;(3)pay attention to students' teaching practice activities.The innovation of this paper lies in the teaching of statistics based on the background of big data.Many students in examination-oriented education think that statistics is the calculation of data,and they do not understand the meaning of statistics at all.In teaching,students repeatedly carry out experiments and extract samples under the guidance of teachers.By sorting out a large number of sample data,students can find the law of a large number of data samples,so as to change the traditional concept of statistics,understand the trend of big data,and cultivate students' statistical thinking.In a word,in the context of big data,combined with the classroom teaching of high school statistics,this paper explores more effective teaching methods and learning methods to cultivate students' statistical thinking under the background of big data.
