Research On The Integration Of Labor Education Into Ideological And Political Education Of Colleges And Universities

"Labor" is an indispensable part of the all-round development of morality,intelligence,sport,beauty and labor.The combination of labor and education is the long-term educational policy implemented in China.However,with the rapid development of information technology,labor education is gradually diluted.The weakening of labor education in Colleges and universities has resulted in a series of problems,such as the fear of hardship,the fear of tiredness,the serious waste,the extravagance of consumption,the low ability of frustration,the lack of courage and perseverance to face difficulties.General Secretary Xi Jinping put the "labor" in the overall development quality requirements at the national education conference,and put forward "five educating simultaneously".The general secretary stressed that labor can build morality,increase intelligence,strengthen physical fitness and cultivate beauty,and raised the labor education to a new height and enriched the party's educational policy in the new era.Labor education is the essential content and practice form of Ideological and political education.Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen labor education in Ideological and political education based on the development requirements of the new era,combined with the characteristics of higher education and college students.Under the guidance of Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings,Sukhomlinsky's creative labor education thought and Tao Xingzhi's knowledge and practice integration labor education thought,this paper studies and analyzes the integration of labor education into Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities by means of questionnaire survey andcomprehensive utilization of psychology,pedagogy,sociology and other related subject knowledge.Compared with college students with higher labor literacy,college students without labor education have different problems in social adaptability and labor morality.This is not only not conducive to the growth of college students,but also fails to live up to the expectations of families,universities and society.The author believes that the wrong traditional concept and multiple values lead to the deviation of College Students' labor concept,the weakening of labor education under examination oriented education leads to the poor labor habits of college students,the lack of labor experience in the process of College Students' growth leads to the poor labor skills,the excessive family care leads to the problems of College Students' labor morality,and the weakening of labor education and rehabilitation of basic education,the complex network environment are not conducive to the formation of good labor quality of college students.The main contents of College Students' labor education include labor concept,labor habits,labor skills and labor morality.Therefore,the integration of labor education into Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities should start from these four aspects.First of all,we should guide college students to establish a correct concept of labor.Colleges and universities should guide students to distinguish the decadent traditional labor thought,consciously resist the Western utilitarianism,consumerism,entertainment to death and other wrong labor values,and establish Marxist labor concept;at the same time,pay attention to the use of Ideological and political theory course as the main channel to educate students on labor concept.Second,college students should be required to form good working habits.It is the most basic requirement to do one's own work;Colleges and universities should promote the normalization of labor practice activities.It is necessary to pay attention to home school public education to ensure the consistency and coherence of education,and the most fundamental thing is to enhance the consciousness of self labor education of college students.Third,it is import to promote the development of creative labor skills of college students.The purpose of labor education is to promote the continuous development of the latest labor technology.Colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability of college students from both theoretical and practical aspects,encourage the development of College Students' innovation spirit,provide supporting for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities,strive for social support and work closely with social enterprises to build a platform for creative labor skills training.Fourth,we should exercise the working morality of college students.Colleges and universities should strengthen moral quality education,pay attention to the demonstration and leading role of labor model,and develop the ideological and political education work of the Youth League Committee and academic counselors.
