"Labor" is the new requirement and policy of the Communist Party of China for education in the new era.Running the Marxist concept of labor through education is the basic requirement that must be followed by the integration of Ideological and political courses and labor education in colleges,universities and primary schools.As the core component of labor education,the cultivation of labor concept is inseparable from the main classroom position of Ideological and political course in order to achieve the educational purpose of building virtue through labor,increasing intelligence through labor,strengthening the body through labor and cultivating beauty through labor.However,junior middle school students are in the critical transition period of life development,and their physical and mental development is like a whirling heel.Therefore,cultivating students' labor concept through morality and rule of law is a concrete manifestation of the integrity and innovation of labor education integration in primary,secondary and primary schools,It can promote the connotative development of Ideological and political courses,which is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people,enhance the sense of responsibility and mission in the cultivation of labor concept,strive to create a new situation in the cultivation of labor concept,comprehensively improve the labor quality of junior middle school students,lay a labor foundation for senior high school,University and even the future road of life,and cultivate qualified socialist builders and reliable successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Based on this,through a large number of empirical investigation and research,this paper takes how to cultivate the labor concept of junior middle school students as the problem orientation,analyzes the existing problems and causes through four parts,combs and summarizes the relevant concepts of the integration of Ideological and political courses and labor concept in primary,middle and primary schools,then expounds the theoretical basis of the cultivation of junior middle school students' labor concept,and puts forward the era value and cultivation path of the cultivation of junior middle school students' labor concept from the perspective of integration.The first part defines the related concepts of the integration of Ideological and political courses and the concept of labor in primary,middle and primary schools,and expounds the source of the relevant theories of the cultivation of the concept of labor in junior middle school students;The second part points out the practical significance of cultivating junior middle school students' labor view from the perspective of integration;The third part,through data investigation and analysis,grasps the current situation of the cultivation of junior middle school students' labor concept from the perspective of integration,summarizes the problems such as the fault of the content chain of the cultivation of labor concept integration,the further strengthening of teachers' labor literacy,the imperfect evaluation mechanism of labor education and the poor effect of labor co education,and analyzes the reasons;The fourth part puts forward targeted countermeasures according to the existing problems,including breaking the barriers of the school section,drawing a concentric circle for educating people,enlightening the labor consciousness in primary school and cultivating the concept of undertaking,cultivating the labor concept and experiencing the labor value in junior middle school,cultivating the labor sentiment and improving the labor quality in senior high school,and practicing the labor concept in Universities in combination with their professional specialties;Improve teachers' teaching ability and quality,create effective classrooms,enrich the labor knowledge reserve of moral and law teachers,discuss teaching plans with teachers in different stages,link current political hot spots,update labor education materials,innovate teaching methods,and align with the value orientation of labor education;Create a diversified labor education evaluation system,implement the education pattern of labor learning evaluation consistency,diversify the evaluation subjects,and comprehensively evaluate the labor quality of students;Three education in one,strengthen the linkage effect,families should create a labor atmosphere and inherit good family style,schools should pay attention to the construction of campus labor culture and carry out labor practice activities,society should give play to the guiding force,carry forward Chinese traditional labor virtues,tripartite linkage,collaborative education,and promote the implementation of integrated teaching and the development of the cultivation of labor concept.
