The party's education policy in the new era requires that education must be integrated with production and labor.Therefore,in order to educate people for the party and the country,colleges and universities must regard labor education as an important part of the talent training program.Colleges and universities must regard labor education as an important part of the talent training program.Not only must ideological education be implemented first,and Marxist labor concept education must be carried out,but also to promote students to internalize it through various labor practices.The spiritual pursuit of loving labor,respecting labor,and advocating labor is externalized into the behavioral habits and consciousness of active labor,active labor,and creative labor.At the same time,colleges and universities are the cradle of talents for exporting future labor force and builders of the socialist cause for the country.To realize the mission of making the country a strong country by education and talents,it is necessary to pay attention to the development and implementation of labor education in colleges and universities,and cultivate skills,application and ability.Innovative and all-round development of talents.In the new era,the country has put forward new requirements for labor education in colleges and universities,and it is necessary to carry out more targeted,specific and in-depth research on it.Only by understanding the current reality of labor education in colleges and universities,discovering its shortcomings,and putting forward solutions to the symptoms,can college students be guided to understand labor,know labor,good labor,and creative labor,and use labor to realize their personal dreams and create the Chinese dream.The first chapter is an overview of the related concepts and theoretical basis of labor education in colleges and universities.On the one hand,it defines the concepts of labor,labor education,and college labor education.On the other hand,it elaborates on the theoretical basis of labor education in colleges and universities.Specifically,it includes Marx,Engels,Lenin's discourse on the combination of education and productive labor,and the Chinese Communist Party's discourse on the combination of education and productive labor.The second chapter mainly introduces the content,characteristics and significance of labor education in colleges and universities.Through policy study and literature analysis,college labor education targets college students,so the content includes the cognition of labor education theory,the recognition of labor mufti-dimensional value,the cultivation of labor practice ability,and the popularization of labor rights and regulations.Different from the elementary and middle school stages,college labor education has a higher level of value orientation in emotional goals,the integration of adaptability and transcendence in educational content,a more complete system in the education implementation system,and a richer experience in the education process.The significance of labor education in colleges and universities lies in the implementation of the "five education simultaneously" educational policy,training high-quality socialist construction talents,in-depth promotion of socialist core values,guiding students to establish correct labor value orientation,and promoting students' individualized development and overall development in five aspects.The third chapter is a brief description of the investigation of labor education in colleges and universities,and the current situation and reason analysis.Firstly,the status quota of labor education in colleges and universities is investigated through questionnaire survey and analysis,interviews and other methods.Through the analysis of statistical data and the actual understanding of the specific situation,it is clear that the positive aspects of labor education in colleges and universities are: a relatively high proportion of labor education courses,gradually promote the development of labor practice,the campus labor culture environment has improved,and students affirmed the positive significance of labor education.The problems are: the main form of labor development is single,the professional quality of labor education teachers is not balanced,the number of labor practices is small and the coverage is limited,the existing assessment mechanism is traditionally rigid,and the utilitarianism of students' participation in labor practice is obvious.Focusing on the university itself,from the narrowing of the education subject's awareness of labor education,the imperfect implementation of labor education system and mechanism,and the insufficient educating role of labor education courses,the lack of rich and diversified labor practice resources,and the lack of positive appeal of the campus labor culture.Explain the causes of problems in labor education in colleges and universities.The fourth chapter is about the ways and countermeasures to improve labor education in colleges and universities.This chapter discusses the corresponding countermeasures from five aspects: deepening the education subject's labor education awareness,improving labor education implementation mechanisms,establishing a diversified labor education curriculum system,expanding college labor practice resource channels,and optimizing and improving campus labor culture environment,and carrying out labor education for the college system provide some feasible suggestions.
