In recent years,according to the investigation and research of national physical health examination,the constitution of middle school students shows a downward trend,especially the decline of middle school students' endurance quality.A survey points out that 80% of the students will have chest tightness,muscle soreness,breathing difficulties and other symptoms after finishing the sports endurance running project of middle school entrance examination,Endurance quality,as an item of high school entrance examination in Anhui Province,accounts for 50% of the total sports results.The situation of reaching the standard in Hefei is not optimistic.The excellent rate is only 20%.The students' endurance quality needs to be improved.Endurance quality,as one of the basic physical qualities of human body,refers to the ability that the body needs to maintain a specific intensity load or action quality when carrying out muscle activities for a long time.At present,the amount of PE class in middle school is 45 minutes twice a week,which is less.The improvement of endurance level needs more time to maintain specific intensity or action quality.Therefore,extracurricular sports homework came into being,extracurricular sports homework can be used as an extension of classroom teaching,through regular continuous practice,help students gradually improve their endurance quality,strengthen the ability of aerobic exercise,improve students' will quality.This study takes extracurricular sports homework as the starting point to explore the appropriate range of extracurricular sports homework exercise amount and the extracurricular supplementarytraining amount which can safely and effectively improvetheendurance quality of middle school students.This study mainly through the experimental method,exercise intensity,exercise time,and exercise times as the evaluation index of students' practice.In Experiment 1,the heart rate was controlled at the intensity of 150-160 beats / zone,and extracurricular exercises were carried out three times a week(once every other day).The heart rate of the experimental group was controlled 2-140 times per week.Analysis of which amount of exercise intervention can help students better improve the quality of endurance.The experimental results were as follows:(1)Before the experiment,the vital capacity and endurance quality of the students were different from the passing line ratio of national physical examination.The ratio of vital capacity grade of the two groups to the passing line of the national physique test standard was higher than the passing line.But the endurance quality of most students did not reach the national physique test standard pass line level.(2)Before the experiment,there were differences in the endurance quality of male and female students.The average of boys' endurance running was326.1 seconds in the experimental group 1,316.6 seconds in the experimental group 2,322.4 seconds in the experimental group 1 and 318.4seconds in the experimental group 2.The average of boys' endurance running was the same as and the grid line,but the average of girls' endurance running was lower than the pass line level.(3)Extracurricular sports homework can improve students' physical function and endurance quality.After 12 weeks of extracurricular sports homework,the average vital capacity of boys in Experiment 1 increased from 2203.7ml to 2400.9ml,the average endurance running time increased from 326.1 seconds to 310.8 seconds,the average vital capacity of girls increased from 2138.1ml to 2283.6ml,and the average endurance running time increased from 322.4 seconds to 307.8 seconds.In the experimental group 2,the average vital capacity of boys increased from 2428.3ml to2646.5ml,and the average endurance running time increased from 316.6seconds to 291.9 seconds;the average vital capacity of girls increased from 2192.6ml to 2382.4ml,and the average endurance running time increased from 318.4 seconds to 295.5 seconds.(4)Different amount of extracurricular sports homework has different effects on the development of endurance quality.After the experiment,the excellent rate was 13.1%,the good rate was 14.7%,the passing rate was 36.1%,and the failing rate was 36.1%.After the experiment,the excellent rate,good rate,passing rate and failure rate of group 1 were8.6%,6.9%,32.8% and 51.7%,respectively.The excellent rate,good rate and passing rate of experimental group 2 were better than those of experimental group 1.The experimental results are as follows:(1)The level of vital capacity of the first grade students is higher,but the level of endurance quality is lower;There is a significant difference between boys and girls.Boys' endurance quality is better than girls before and after the experiment,which is related to the fact that boys' amount of exercise is higher than girls' exercise in daily life.(2)The setting and implementation of extracurricular sports homework can effectively promote the improvement of students' cardiopulmonary function and endurance quality.Through the implementation of extracurricular sports homework for 12 weeks,the endurance running time and vital capacity test of experimental group 1 and 2 were improved in varying degrees.But the influence characteristics of different amount of exercise extracurricular sports homework are different.Comparing the differences between the two experimental groups,it can be found that the vital capacity and endurance quality of the students in the experimental group 1(high intensity and low frequency)showed a fast and stable growth trend,while the vital capacity and endurance quality of the students in the experimental group 2(low intensity and high frequency)showed a steady growth trend.(3)It is more suitable to improve the endurance level of middle school students to practice 7 times a week with moderate intensity.Seven times a week of high-frequency training to stimulate students' cardiopulmonary function has been steadily improved,while other functions of the body are gradually awakened,muscles also get a certain memory.
