In 2020,the Ministry of Education and the State General Administration of Sports,in conjunction with the following "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Physical Education and Education for the Healthy Development of Adolescents" Cardiopulmonary endurance is the core factor and important reference index of adolescent physical health,however,it has not been verified that the effect of different exercise load on the development of cardiopulmonary endurance in junior school students.The focus of previous studies is to explore the theoretical level of exercise intervention to promote the physical health of adolescents.This study aimed at the cardiopulmonary endurance quality of junior high school students to carry out experiments to analyze the intervention effect of different exercise loads on the cardiopulmonary endurance quality of junior high school students.The intervention effect of different exercise load on the cardiopulmonary endurance quality of junior high school students was analyzed and through comparing the data before and after the experiment to analyze the effect of different exercise load on the cardiorespiratory endurance of junior high school students.The study based on the paradigm of combining the practice and theory of sports training,the study adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and so on.It selects the second grade students of Temple Middle School of Chongqing as the experimental object.Through the exercise intervention of different movement loads for 12 weeks to explore the best exercise load suitable for the development of cardiopulmonary endurance in junior high school students,and to provide theoretical and practical reference for the development of cardiopulmonary endurance quality and the enhancement of physical health of junior high school students.140 junior high school students were randomly sampled and these students were divided into following three groups,Low group,Middle group and High group according to the BMI(20,60,60,the same ratio of men and women),and the two intensity exercise load were carried out for 12 weeks(the heart rate index medium intensity was 65-74% of the maximum heart rate and 75-84% of heart rate with high intensity).The study through 20 m SRT,jogging,aerobic exercise,regular running,rope skipping,games and other sports methods of exercise intervention to junior high school students cardiopulmonary endurance,collect and collate relevant data and comparative analysis exercise load was conducted through 20 msrt,jogging,aerobic exercise,regular running,rope skipping and other sports methods of junior high school students' heart lung endurance exercise intervention,collection and collation of relevant data and comparative analysis.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)Middle and high exercise load can significantly improve the cardiopulmo nary endurance quality of junior high school students.(2)The intervention mode of high exercise load can significantly improve th e cardiopulmonary endurance of junior high school students whose body mass in dex(BMI)belongs to normal and lower range,and the so-called effect of moder ate exercise load intervention on cardiopulmonary endurance of junior high schoo l students with high body mass index(BMI)is more significant.(3)Body mass index(BMI)can effectively reflect students' cardiopulmonary endurance level,and there is a negative correlation between them.The higher t he body mass index(BMI)of boys in H group,the lower the cardiopulmonary endurance level.After intervention,the cardiopulmonary endurance level increased with the decrease of body mass index(BMI).It is proved that systematic cardi opulmonary endurance training can effectively improve the physical condition of practitioners.(4)Improving cardiopulmonary endurance is an effective way to promote the physical health of junior high school students.Experiments show that the moder ate and high intensity exercise load of 3 times a week and 30 minutes each tim e has significant statistical difference in improving the cardiopulmonary endurance of junior high school students.The recommendations are as follows:(1)It is suggested that two kinds of sports intervention methods should be adopted in physical education to strengthen students' physical health and cultivate students' awareness of physical exercise.(2)It is recommended that junior high school students with different physiq ue range should carry out exercise intervention with different exercise load.Amo ng them,the junior high school students with body mass index in the normal an d low range suggested the rational use of high intensity exercise intervention,an d the junior high school students with high body mass index suggested the use of moderate intensity exercise intervention.(3)Body mass index(BMI)effectively reflects the level of cardiopulmonary endurance of human body.It is suggested to strengthen students' cardiopulmonar y endurance training and optimize BMI.(4)It is suggested that the exercise time and frequency of junior high scho ol students should be controlled reasonably,and the contents of cardiopulmonary endurance training should be enriched.
