ObjectiveThis study is on the basis of the analysis, which pupils endurancequality status and the effect factors of pupils endurance quality.According to the experimental research of specific case, the Grade Sixstudents’ endurance quality of Wuzhou Zhuwan Primary School relatedexercise intervention. The aim of that is explore the intervention plan,to improve the endurance quality movement, endurance quality of theGrade Six students and strengthen their health. At the same time, it alsoprovide theoretical basis for improve the students’ endurance qualitybetter.MethodsThis study adopts document research, expert interview,mathematical statistics and experimentation. In a random sample ofWuzhou Zhuwan primary school students of class1,Grade6and Class3,Grade6as experimental object, we analysis the data of vital capacity,step test and50m×8shuttle run test before the experiment. The resultshave no obvious difference. Exercise intervention experiment for10 weeks,40minutes per class,3classes per week. Experimental class usesrunning, jumping, fancy rope skipping and basketball dribbling as themain content of exercise intervention. Control classes accordingconventional teaching. After experiment, we will test the pupils and carryout on the test data.Results(1)After experiment, the experimental class level of50m×8shuttlerun has increased significantly. But the control classes are not.(2)After experiment, the experimental class level of vital capacityhas increased significantly. The boys and girls from control classes vitalcapacity has increased.(3)After experiment, the results of experimental class step test hasincreased significantly. The pupils from control classes step test resultshas improved, too.Conclusion1After exercise intervention, the pupils50m×8shuttle run, vitalcapacity and step test index of experimental class have increased. Itproved that exercise intervention plan can improve cardiopulmonaryfunction and physical endurance of Grade6pupils.2Exercise intervention plan design of exercise intensity isreasonable. And the teaching contents on site and equipment has fewrequirements. So all above are good for the sports development andorganization. As improve the exercise intervention of pupils endurancequality, it is feasibility.3The teaching contents of exercise intervention are very interesting.It can improve pupils interesting of exercising.
