Research On The Application Of Educational Punishment In Some Junior Middle School Physical Education Classes In Yangpu District

Since the Ministry of Education promulgated the "rules on the implementation of education and punishment for primary and secondary school teachers(Draft)" and solicited opinions from the whole society,how to reasonably use education punishment in school physical education has become one of the issues of concern.The draft clarifies that education punishment is the legal authority and necessary means for teachers to perform their education and teaching duties.It also defines the concept of educational punishment,which is different from corporal punishment,and points out that educational punishment is a kind of duty behavior that schools and teachers,starting from the purpose and need of education,restrict and discipline students' violation of rules and regulations,words and deeds,or instruct students to correct in a specific way,so that they can take warning,repent themselves and avoid mistakes.While giving teachers the right to discipline education,the draft also regulates the behavior of parents.Parents should actively perform their educational responsibilities for their children,cooperate with teachers to strengthen the management of students' exemplary behaviors,and respect teachers' educational rights.The junior high school students are in the critical period of personality and self-consciousness development,and the teaching effect of education and punishment for junior high school students at this stage will be more valuable.The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the application of education punishment in Shanghai junior high school physical education classroom,and in view of the phenomenon of single appreciation education that generally dare not "punish" students and "offend" parents in Shanghai classroom education,it is expected to provide a theoretical reference for the rational use of education punishment in Shanghai junior high school physical education classroom,and how to reasonably implement it in other subjects classroom teaching Education punishment provides reference.Therefore,a questionnaire survey was carried out among the physical education teachers,students and parents of six schools in Yangpu District of Shanghai,and a number of leaders of sports groups were interviewed on their attitudes and opinions on education punishment at school level.Through the analysis of the data collected,it can be found that most of the teachers,students and parents agree with the rational use of education punishment in junior high school physical education.However,the existing problems in junior high school physical education discipline can be summarized as follows: Although the existing "draft for comments" has made a clear definition of the concept of educational punishment and corporal punishment,the scale and scope of exercise of educational disciplinary power are not clear,teachers' use of educational disciplinary means is too rigid and single,the implementation of education disciplinary process is lack of integrity,and the use of education punishment for junior high school students is sufficient Considering the law of their physical and mental development.The reasons for the above problems can be summarized as follows: the detailed rules of education disciplinary power of primary and secondary schools and teachers are not clear in the legislation,the scope of education punishment and corresponding means of education punishment are not divided,the application of education punishment lacks clear supervision criteria and follow-up observation effect,and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is not selected reasonable punishment means for junior high school students.The implementation of education punishment is not only an expedient measure taken by the Ministry of education,but also a student-oriented attitude to better solve the problems in the process of education and teaching in school physical education in the future.In order to deal with the relationship between punishment and appreciation in school physical education and grasp the scale of education punishment,it is suggested to speed up the construction process of education punishment in primary and secondary schools,attach importance to the relevant training of physical education teachers,improve their own education and teaching quality,improve students' Moral and cultural literacy,and promote the positive development of education punishment with the help of parents and society.
